I spent top dollars to buy this 8700C for my business use, the features are exactly what I needed for my work, but the phone easily falls out of the holster when on a belt, it should have a mechanism to lock it. The microphone failed on me twice, people couldn't hear me -- the blackberry lifestyle is easy to be hooked on but the product is not so reliable.

This was a refurbished product. Works fine so far. Lots of scratches on the back and perhaps was once under water. I am totally satisfied with this product

I have had PDA's, sidekick's, and until recently a Sony Ericsson 910i. I love my blackberry. I am left-handed and have had no problems at all. It works flawlessly and it syncs to my Outlook with no problem. It doesnt however synce via bluetooth like my 910i but I can deal with that. It is also having a problem syncing with my Mac. It would not use isync and I had to get some software from blackberry that did a less than stellar job. Overall I am completely happy. For the price it can't be beat.

This phone was the cream of the crop several years ago. But even after all these years this blackberry has some value. This phone is recommended for people who are looking for a phone with PDA like features. Keep in mind has ot WiFi or 3-G, therefore it's not built to handle the internet too much.

It is a blackberry and is great to use for checking email and the web. It came without software that is usually included when you buy a new blackberry. Without the software, you can't sync it to your computer. The software that we downloaded doesn't work. Without the sync capacity, it's just another phone.

I love it, set up took about an hour with at&t but that was fine. I have been using it since, love the features. The phone is not heavy at all, I thought it would be. The map feature is fun too.

The LED was scratched upon receiving. The audio ring, even at the loud setting, is difficult to hear. SIM card would be readable, and then for inexplicable reasons, it would be unreadable. The LED, track wheel, and keyboard are easy to operate features. It's frustrating that there is only a quick guide that comes with the phone to guide operation. One has to visit the Blackberry website for specific operations, which is approximately 400 pages in length.

Besides the fact, it not having a camera and being quite bulky. I love it! It keeps me on task and up-to-date on email and sms text. I would recommend to someone who is extremely busy and do not have immediate access to a computer.

I was a little worried at first about a refurbished phone. The phone came in about a week, and looked like it was new. I had a little trouble at first loading software for the product through the internet but eventually I got it and it works great. Getting it working with my wireless network was easy and only took about 30 minutes to activate. I would purchase a refurbished again if I had to.

After looking everywhere for a new phone, I decided to look on Overstock. I was amazed at the selection and even more amazed at the prices. Overstock is my new favorite place to shop! This phone has great features and is great with customization. It's alot packed into one little device. I am extremely happy with this phone and I've even recommended it and Overstock to several of my friends! Thank you!

This is a great phone and e-mail point all in one device. Much better than the iPhone simply because I can sink with m business and privare e-mail.

Great phone. Everyone thinks your hot stuff because you own one, but it's a fun phone. Takes a while to get used to though.

Blackberry 8700C was as expected. Like the track wheel on the side for advancing cursor. Like the white screen for viewing. Accessing internet is faster than the windows version.

I really like this Blackberry. It works perfectly, and I was able to have my carrier connect it to their system with no problem.

The phone stopped working for no reason. The red indicator light flashes constantly and the system busy hour glass repeatedly turns and pops on & off. I have only had it 2.5 weeks. It has not been working for the last 3 days. This is ridiculous. This my 2nd PDA purchase from Overstock and neither of them were any good.

I purchased this phone as a gift to my boyfriend and when he received it the phone did not work. The screen did not display any images but he could still receive calls.

This phone is great. I purchased this phone for my wife who was wanting to combine her calendar, phone, etc. all into one. This smart phone was offered at a great price. The features are all she ever would need. Both the phone and internet gets great coverage out here in rural Oklahoma as we haven't had a drop yet. It is relatively easy to use, as easy as any other electronic once your read the booklet about it and learn a bit. However, there was no booklet enclosed with the phone when we got it, but this was easily remedied by googling the product number and then downloaded it. This is a perfect phone.
