Device is suppose to work on any GSM network. However, the GSM network programmed on the phone is a Canadian Based company. Searched the web and tried to load AT&T (Cingular) based software on it, but no success. So basically it functions as a dumb phone with no email, picture/camera, blue tooth, or any other features that I was expecting to get from the unit. Would of returned, but was in GA when phone arrived and missed the dead line for return.

I am enjoying my blackberry. I would recommend this product to a friend! The price was excellent, wasn't able to find a deal like this anywhere.

Great product! Shipping could have been a little faster but the price and product were worth the wait.

It is great to finally have another good quality blackberry at an affordable price. the audio is great service is amazing and i finally have a way to keep track of the important things w/o them getting lost!

I purchased the blackberry 7780 phone for myself and I was happy with the phone so I purchased another for my husband. The features on the phone are a bit outdated but I am a 60's baby. I am still figuring out some of the things it can do overall.

I bought 3 blackberry phones and I am disappointed to say the list.They look totally unaunthentic with blackberry logos missing, extremely big.Yes they are refurbished phones but the workmanship is totally poor,.Am sending them back , they is nothing i can do with them

As usual Overstock is the place to buy these items,, I saved alot of money buying refurbished, it arrived on time and in new condition.

I bought this phone for my husband for xmas 07...he loved it, never gave him a problem. However, just recently the phone would work. We changed the battery and the charger...it still didn't work.I have a extended warranty...they could not fix the phone so OverStock is giving me my money back plus 10% if I take a store credit.Guess what, I am going to buy another one. My husband loves it! This model is easier for him to text because it bigger. He likes the size of it.Let's just say...he misses the phone.

I bought this phone and it's supposed to be compatible with AT&T service (GSM) but when I put my SIM card in, the only signal I could get is SOS (emergency calls only). It wouldn't activate even though the Network option showed AT&T.

I got started in no time. The instructions that came with it are very limited, but initial startup is easy. If you have questions on features, the users manual can be viewed online. The only drawback is that it has no speakerphone (some info that I read when I researced it said it did). This coupled with the fact that it is not Blue Tooth ready makes it a little inconvenient, since you need a wired headset. Overall I like it very much. It's features are basic, but exactly what I needed.

good product but not enough information came with the phone. the phone is all it said it was but we had to learn without much instructions. it came with only one sheet of instructions. otherwise, a very good product.

The phone was so nice as i saw on the web.No problem with it whatsoever.I will reccomend it to other.... Dont hessitate to shop at Overstock,,,

This Blackberry was not Bluetooth capable as I was told it was. The zero, space bar and light button quit working within a week.
