Initially I was very excited to get a new blackberry, but when I recieved the phone I couldn't get past the various error messages. No amount of troubleshooting, software updates, or wiping could fix it. I am returning mine and hoping to get another in better working condition. Usually getting refurbished is a good deal, but I was dissapointed this time...

This is my first blackberry and I love it! The only downside of buying this product from overstock.com is that it doesnt come with the instruction manual... however, you can look up the manual on the blackberry website. It just would be easier to come with the original manual. Thankfully some people I work with have the same phone so they showed me a lot. Overall, the phone quality is perfect (looks new, even though its a refurb) and I got the phone the same week I ordered it! Love the phone, loved the price.. cant beat that!

good phone. purchased extended battery separately to extend battery life past 3 days. Phone does not have great ring tones - t hose it does have are not very audible. good reception and quality of voice reception and transmission.

i loved it until some errors started and now doesn't even turn on. This was very disappointing. Also there were also many SIM card errors so I had to put the card in and out which got annoying. Wouldn't suggest buying unless you plan on returning.

I ordered 2 of these phones on a Sunday and they were delivered on Wednesday. Great turnaround. One thing that was listed is that it doesn't come with a manual, but it is over 100 pages to print out on Blackberry's website. The only thing that was wrong with our order was that neither of the house charges would charge the phones. I found this out because I have a fm transmitter for my iPod and it will also charge devices by usb and it would charge the phones. These phones are compatible with Centennial but ARE NOT compatible with Alltel.

very good phone for a good price, great service reception. only problem is it was supposed to be an unlocked phone but i cant receive nor send any text messages and the software for the phone was not included.

I returned this phone due to not being able to get the Bluetooth to work. That was a crucial factor in determining the return. I did love the keyboard and was sad to return it. Overall the phone would have been good for me but I have to have Bluetooth. I may have been able to rectify the Bluetooth problem but did not look into it.

Perhaps because it's refurbished. The software crashes too frequently. Error 423.
