the phone was not what I thought I was getting I was very disappointed in the over all look I thought it was a childs toy a joke then I realized you get what you pay for and even this is over priced plastic.

its only because i thinks its an older model i should have pay attention when i was bidding and that window popped up and said you recommend i get the other blackberry which i wish would have done--tones are super low, variety not good, some message dont stay --but price was good nothing against overstock--i would still shop at your store

The phone is real nice, but, it actually did not have the features I was looking for, so I suggest you read what your buying carefully. I was just happy, because it was a blackberry. Buying & shipping & receiving was great. Its just not the product that I actually wanted.

I purchased this phone for my wife and she likes it. It has the PDA/Cell phone combo I was looking for. The price was in the range that that I was looking for also. The features took a little time for my wife to get used to having never owned a blackberry, but all is well. The phone works fine. The only problem occurred when we transferred the old phone's SIM card to the blackberry. We could make calls but not receive them. The problem was that the phone had to be "wiped clean" . As soon as that was done it worked fine.

This was a good value for my money. Overstock did a great job at replacing my item due to a minor defect. I plan to purchase additional electronics in the future. Thanks!

Got the phone just as I expected however the Blackberry gave me lousy reception and I had to end up purchasing a new phone. I don't understand why but that's the deal. Probably would not buy used again.

I bought this blackberry because I broke my t-mobile dash while walking down the stairs. After a month of black berry usage I lamented the carelessness that resulted in the shattering of my previous phone. Though i was able to receive all of my emails, the blackberry 7280 lacks the bells and whistle that make having a more up to date phone worth the price. there is no camera, the back light is so dim i kept thinking i was losing my eyesight, and worse of all the ring tones are almost in audible. i missed a lot of calls. it's big and bulky and the web browsing is terrible. Most of the sites either were not compatible but were downright hard to view. yet if you want a straight forward way of keeping connected without the bells and whistles then this is your phone.Oh and it doesn't have have bluetooth like I was told! very disappointing!
