Love this handheld device! Great price great features! If your interested in a blackberry this is the perfect beginners phone! The only thing was I didnt recieve the phone 2 weeks after I ordered It Just a slight delay but it was well worth the wait!
I agree. This is the Blackberry for NON tech persons. I admit my son helped me set-up the calendar. - I think he said he was "sync" my Blackberry to my online office calendar. All I know is that it works. Also, I am a pre-paid user. I was able to put my SIM card in this phone and I am still pre-paid. HOORAY. I like the phone. It arrived with the case, battery charger, and cord for sync to my LapTop.Thanks Overstock

Overall, I think the phone is a great buy. Some of the features could be a little better, but it does what it is supposed to do. It was easy to get started and I have no complaints. Will probably upgrade it down the line, but in the mean time I recommend it.

I ordered this phone to use with T-mobile. The first phone I received was damaged, but I spoke to someone in customer service right away and they sent a new one over within two days! I am a student and always on the go, so I wanted a Blackberry mainly to store my personal data (calendar, tasks, address book) from Outlook. However, I didn't realize that the Desktop Manager software didn't come with the phone, so I had to find a website where I could download a version compatible with Windows Vista. The phone has pretty good audio quality, but the ring tones are limited; the same goes for the wallpaper selections and user interfaces. The phone charges pretty fast (within 1.5 hours). However, I still haven't figured out how to acess T-zones with the phone. I wish the phone had a camera option, and I am not sure how and/or if I can store personal pictures onto the device. Overall, I would give this phone 3 stars... it's not the most updated Blackberry verison out there, but it fits my needs for now.
