I brought this phone for my teenage son. He absolutely hates it. Poor reception and quality of calls received. No instruction booklet. Can't figure out some of the features in spite of going on line and getting information on the phone. I would not purchase the phone through overstock again.

Very happy with phone. highly recommend..Refurbished or not - this phone looked and worked like brand new.

This phone really is a great value, however some of the features are missing, like getting regular ringtones, speakerphone and ease of instant messaging. I am still learning the phone, but it is working out nicely, at least it is bluetooth capable, which was essential. Very hard to find a cover for this particular model, had to go online to get the type that I wanted because it is an older model. Would definately recommend it to other people who are looking for their first Blackberry phone.

I have the phone about 2 months I don't have any problem it's working great sound is good .The price was good I really lke this phone.

I would not recommend this phone. It was difficult to work and ended up not holding a charge so it had to be returned. The speaker qualitywas terrible it crackled whenever it rang.

I was impress with the condition of the Telephone and the quick and convenient shipping.

I brought this phone only for text messaging. It was sort of hard to understand since it only included one sheet on how to work it. I saw another review and it said it didn't have ringtones, it does have ring tone but you have to locate them. It you want a phone that you could just pop in your sim card and be happy, this is your phone. If you want it to handle all of your business affairs, this isn't the phone for you.
