This is a cool product, i would really recommend it i use this microphone to do DJ Drops, it really works for me. If it doesnt then something is wrong with your computer, try to install REALTEK sound driver, the microphone driver is included. But actually, i really love this product, im soo happy i purchased it. do not buy this product!! It would be just easier to buy the $$$ mic. It works about 1/4 of the time and always has an annoying ringing reverb and no one can ever hear me when i skype them! i am very disappointed but i guess that what you get for such a low price item.
