Only problem is with the plug in issue(sometimes you have to take the case off to hook up SOME headphones, speakers, ihomes...etc

I was disappointed that the buttons did not allow the headphones to plug in as I often wwear headphones with my IPod. Purchased a name brand product from a local storeas I did not want to deal with further problems.

This was my first time to order from Overstock. The case arrived in a thin, bubble envelope, which did not protect the product at all. It could have been wrapped in bubble wrap and sent in a box, which would give better protection. There was an established crack in the upper right corner of the clear screen cover when it arrived. I decided to keep it only because the crack was in the corner; noticeable, yes, but not worth my time in having to buy products to ship it back.
