This is a totally unique product, and I'd recommend it to ANY of my friends in business. I'm not particularly adventurous, don't take many risks...in fact, I do whatever I can to MINIMIZE the risks I take in business. This product plays into that need perfectly. I bought BCIAB several months ago, and the best thing I could tell you all about it is this: I wish I had been using BCIAB for the last ten YEARS! IT would have saved me probably over a hundred thousand dollars in charged-off debt. Seriously, most of us business owners know SO LITTLE about the organization and time and effort it takes to collect legally and effectively...BCIAB makes it all so simple, like a plug-and-play for recouping late/missing payments. Just plug in the facts and press "GO" and wait for the results. As much as I'd like this little company to remain small (I like the individual attention to my issues), these guys deserve to become HUGE--BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! In fact, it wouldn't surprise me to see them grow exponentially in the coming years--they have already been written up in the Wall Street Journal and in several business and technical journals. My boss was very pleased at the success we have had with the program, and I have found it very easy to use. Our auto body shop does not have many people that owe, but every penny counts. As soon as our customers go past due we report them to the credit bureaus and send them a letter demanding payment. Most have paid or promised to pay immediately. Bill Collector In A Box support actually called me when I installed the program! I have never had a software call me to introduce themselves and offer me a short training session. They are friendly too.
