Great camera
FIRST OFF GREAT SHIPPING FROM OVERSTOCK I GOT IT IN 2 DAYS. THE CAMERA WORKS GREAT THE NIGHT VISION IS GOOD FOR SMALL ROOMS BUT IF UR IN A BIG ROOM AT NIGHT ITS A LITTLE HARD TO SEE BUT OVERALL THE NIGHT VISION WORKS GREAT. THE VIDEO IS CHRYSTAL CLEAR. FOR PICTURES U CAN TAKE PICTURES SO FAST I CLICKED IT TO TIMES WHILE SOMEONE WAS MOVEINGH AND IS WAS SO FAST IT WAS LIKS A STOP MOSION FILM WHEN I PUT IT ON MY COMPUTER AND WENT THROUGH THE PICTURES FAST. THE MICROPHONE WORKS AWSOME ITS CHRISTAL CLEAR AS WELL WHEN SOMEONE IS TALKING. AND YOU CAN HEAR THEM FROM FAR AWAY. THE TOUCH SCREEN WORKS VERY VERY WELL NO FLOWS. THE BOX COMES WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED AND THEN SOME. ANOTHER THING I LIKED IS THAT THE CAMERA USES BOTH THE RECHARGABLE BATTERY AND DOUBLE A BATTERYS WHICH MAKES IT VERY EASY TO KEEP FILMING IF YOUR BATTERY DIES YOU DONT HAVE TO WAIT FOR IT TO CHARGE. oVER ALL GREAT CAMERA IT IS DEFFINATLY THE BEST BANG FOR YOUR BUCK.

Very cool
I have played around with the camera a bit, but have yet to transfer the files to a computer so that I can burn it to a DVD to watch on tv. The camera came within the time frame expected. It was a lot smaller than I thought it would be, which is even better. This is the first video camera I've bought for myself, so I am very excited about how cool, cute, and compact it is. The memory is stored on scan disks just like my digital camera. This allows the camera to be a lot smaller and lighter and hence easier to hold and aim and not be shaky. I bought it primarily to use it for my paranormal investigations because of the night vision, but haven't had an investigation yet since getting the camera. I practiced using it outside in the dark, and the image was very clear and looked very good compared to the cameras I'm used to using that belong to my paranormal research group. The camera quality is HD, so the images are very clear. Like I said, I haven't used it a lot, but so far so good. It also came with a lithium battery, battery charger, and all the chords and plug-ins and a CD for the computer for transfering the data I suppose. I haven't done that yet.

everything i wanted and more
This was my first video camera and it is just everything i wanted and more. the picture quality is great on the camera part of and in taking videos. The night vision works great its a lot of fun filming at night with my friends. i thought it would have a wider range on what it would see in the dark but can only see what is directly in its view point. i thought it would light up an entire room but it wont. there is a sound recorder on it too which i found a little random used it once and it works i just dont have much use for it. overall an awsome item and i wouldnt trade for any other video camera.

Bell+Howell Camcorder
I bought this camera for it's night vision which i have found to be very poor, if you are using this camera in low light it works well however in total darkness it doesn't work at all. I was also using night vision booster LEDs and it still did not work in total darkness.

Good value
I got this for my husband so he could use it for both video and still pics. The only thing about this is that sometimes the color is off when filming indoors. For example, we took video at Thanksgiving and we were all wearing back, except it looked like we were wearing lavender. I'm not sure if something is off on the settings. My husband could have hit a button. The night vision works really great indoors. Haven't tried the night vision outdoors, yet, but I don't think it has a long range for outdoor night vision.

poor quality
The quality of the pictures taken outside especially when it is sunny is better but other than that it is very poor. Taking pictures inside the house is not good especially with the lights on. It also doesn't work in a complete darkness. You have to use a little bit of light to get a decent picture. The video is ok but nothing to bragg about. I decided to keep it because it is too much trouble for me to return it and my 6 year old son likes to play with it. I bought myself another brand which cost so much but it is of high quality.

Smaller than expected
Much smaller than I expected. Volume is too low. Cannot hear what you recorded. You get what you paid for. Also the instructions are terrible!!
