It serves the purpose, nothing great about it, would recommend it if your looking for an inexpensive computer. Like the little storage space comes in handy for holding papers highlighters etc.

This is an excellent lap top desk. Perfect or sitting in front of the TV and working. Keeps computer cool.

I chose this laptop lap-pad because of the reviews it already had, as well as price and its look. I can't think of one negative issue w/this product. Very comfortable to use, durable, and not heavy itself.

The Belkin CushTop is a very firm, insulating support for the laptop user who believes in the lap. I use my computer while stretched out on the sofa, in a chair or on my bed far more than at a desk or table, and this firm surface is much more stable than the usual pillow. It entirely insulates from the heat of the machine without the added heat of a soft cushion or bed pillow, while raising the display to a comfortable height. It is constructed and covered to last forever and the inner cavity allows for cord storage. The appearance is professional-office-worthy, too, deep chocolate brown lined with light blue. My concern is that there is nothing on the angled top to keep the computer from sliding forward. Every time I move or even slightly shift position, so does the laptop. A slightly raised lip or a different material along the front edge would have solved this annoying problem (just the way I did on my own) with the addition of only pennies to the cost. It's hard to believe this product was tested by any real users without anyone's complaint about the non-grip surface and, uh, GRAVITY. Still it's such a great product otherwise, I'd strongly recommend it. If you don't want to glue anything to the bottom of your computer, get some rubbery mesh shelf liner and attach a piece to the CushTop with straight pins -- voila! You're in business.

This has worked great for us. No more straining our necks with the laptop. Looks very nice, too.

I wish I had purchased this sooner. It is perfect to use on your lap. It is secure and you don't feel any heat from the computer. It looks nice on my desk in my bedroom. The brown doesn't show dirt or wear. Thank you Overstock for my new purchase.

The variety of angles the pad offers easy use of the laptop while sitting, laying down or whatever position you need. The pad also helps cool the computer. I was having heat issues before I bought this item. Over-heating has not happened since. If you are looking for something to take with you on a daily basis, this pad is too bulky. But, if you are looking of something for your home or office, it is great. The colors are fun to match to your decor.

This is a very comfortable and perfect laptop accessory. The little space in the middle is also quite functional with inserting extra cord, mouse, or other accessories.
