This product was received in good condition which was an exact replacement for my phone battery and fit perfect. The plug fit exactly and the size of the battery fit the phone case. The battery was partially charged and finished charging overnight and was ready for use the next day. I have had no problems since and they seem to hold the charge well. They were a perfect replacement. As for value, these batteries cost less than $ each and similar batteries at Wal-Mart and Radio-Shack would have cost me over $each. Ya just can't beat a deal like that! I highly recommend them!

Good replacement
Bought four of these to replace batteries in house phones. They fit okay but the cord is slightly longer than to ones that came in the phone. This made the battery cover a little hard to get back on. Once installed and charged they work just fine.

Just what I needed
I needed 2 batteries for my cordless phone system. At the stores the batteries cost almost as much as a new phone.. if you could find the batteries you needed. I was thrilled to see these online at such a reasonable price even with shipping added. They came super fast & I installed them with no problem. Now I have the freedom to use the cordless phones without worrying when they will cut off due to dead batteries. Next time I need a battery I will check here 1st.
