While I love a lot about this phone -- the form factor, the quality (by and large) it's crippled by a small amount of built-in memory, and despite spending about 6 weeks trying to manage it with an added micro-SD card (and seeking Blu's customer support twice, without much help), out-of-memory errors are rampant. I've had to do a full system restore one time. Then, when it registered my SD card as corrupt, I had to reformat it and have been unable to reinstall even the apps I already successfully added in the first place. It's completely exasperating.
Had to return because the service provider I use, Verizon, said it was not one of their phones and would not set it up. This is after I asked Verizon. Maybe you all have noticed that what AT&T and Verizon say on line does not match when you get to their stores. Very frustrating.
