  Worst EVER!!!!!! What a piece of junk. What a waste of money. This junk won't hold a charge for 5 minutes. Do not rely on this garbage to navigate you to the nearest junkyard.

  • How did the image on site compare with the actual product? Will not attach to windshield. Does not have working parts!
  • Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? Will not hold a charge. Owners manual doesn't describe anything about the product.
  • Please tell us about the quality of the product. Does not work. Does not hold a charge. Does not respond to screen prompts. Will not guide properly.

  Very pleased with the road mate. Have always used Tom Tom in the past, but saw this refurbished model for far less. Wasn't sure it would arrive in good condition being refurbished but it was better than I expected. Its also much thinner than other GPS (lighter also) . Well worth the it.

  I would give the product the grade of a B+. It has worked fine for the most part.

  • How did the image on site compare with the actual product? In person is better, but not a bad picture.
  • Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? It has got stuck it froze and it took 20 minutes to get it working again.
  • Please tell us about the quality of the product. It seems to be a decent product thus far.

  Just used it for the first time. I had another Garmin, which is still working, but this one, because of its size, is easy to carry with you.
