  The product was shipped with a car charger that didn't work. I contacted TomTom for a replacement and was given such a run around that I gave up and purchased one separately at another retailer. Very unhappy with the lack of customer service that I received.

  Excellent unit so far. I replaced my Kenwood DNX 7100 with Alpine DIN GPS. I was going to purchase Kenwoods flagship but I thought it was way overpriced for what you get. I decided to go with Alpine DIN GPS because you get more for your buck. The guy that was complaining about this unit was being too picky. Flipping the switch only takes two seconds. Overall this is probably the beat unit out so far.
