OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!JUNK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This product is the worst ever! It did not work at all with one and the other player would not charge! DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!

The menus can be a pain to navigate. Sometimes the menu button is used to accept an option, while other times it is the forward button, and sometimes the play/pause button. Music must be paused in order to look for a new artist / title. Menus also can run quite slowly when all 2GB are used for music. Besides that, the sound and video quality is fine. But the instruction manual speaks of an included software CD-ROM which I did not receive with the player.

My son picked it out because it had a screen, important to him. His other one was stolen. He was very disapointed when he recieved it. It does not display the names of the songs downloaded. It says NEXT, so the screen really serves no purpose. If he wants to listen to a song he has to hit next several times and sample each song to get to the song he wants. Kinda silly. Thats why he wanted a screen like his old name brand one. He wanted to return, I lost the paper. I THINK IT WOULD BE A GOOD IDEA IF A BETTER DESCRIPTION OF THE MP4 PLAYER WAS ADDED, THAT IS DOES NOT LIST THE SONGS IN SCREEN. BUT OTHERWISE WORKS WELL AND HE DIDN'T KNOW IT HAD A RADIO IN IT , HE THOUGHT THAT WAS COOL. So he said he will be saving and shopping here again for a better one and passing this one to brother. thanks.

Very well engineered and easy to use. Also very light weight for use while training for a marathon. Good value .

This is by far the worst thing I've ever purchased. The instructions are worse than having nothing at all and it just DOES NOT WORK> I think we got it to play 12 seconds of one song. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT waste your time and your hard earned money on this product.

I bought 2 Augen MP3 players for my teens and they love them! The menus are easy to navigate and downloading music is a breeze. They haven't put them down yet, so I am very please with my purchase.

Sound quality pretty good. Easy to use, got it for my 8 year old. He LOVES it!!!!!!

wish i would have known that a charger was not included. however it take a razor phone charger

This is an okay product. I do not care for how the menu and features are set up but it is doing what it works and plays mp3s okay.
