    This was a great purchase. My brother loves his vinyl collection and the majority of those on the market these days - when you can find them - either are cheap, and cheaply made, or else very high end and expensive.     This is my first turntable. I was looking for something basic, no frills, that gets the job done well. This one has totally delivered. The sound is crisp and I've had no problems with it at all. If you are an entry level vinyl enthusiast, don't forget to buy speakers, as this includes none. I've been completely happy to grow my record collection with this purchase :)

    I ordered this after lots of research saying it was great. The first one Overstock sent me didn't even turn on. I requested a replacement and had to request it several times. Now, I am returning the replacement as the needle no longer lowers to the record after about 1.5 months of not much use. Overstock says that I will not get my full refund because I am over the return period from the 1st purchase. I can't get anyone to talk to me about this. I am a pretty regular customer of Overstock but probably no longer after this and not because of the faulty equipment but because of the lack of customer service here.
