Don't buy it,,, it won't work. If you call Overstock for assistance they direct you to the manufacture to resolved your issue. Don't waste your money and this item won't work. I bought it a month ago and overstock won't even help to get me a replacement and asking me to contact the manufacture for a replacement one. Bad customer service. :-(

It turned my iPod touch into an iPhone with Skype.

I got this adapter to use it while driving, but is not dependable, it works when it feels like it, i guess you get whay you pay for. when you push the button to answere a call, some times it picks up, when you lucky and some times does not matter how hard or how many times you push it it does not answere, imagine doing this while driving a stick....

This item was only $* so I figured what the heck. In the brief time I've had it, one person said I was coming through on sort of a delay, but another said she heard me just fine. One thing that is annoying is the length of the cord. Since this sits between your earphones and cell phone (as opposed to mics integrated into earphones, which descend from the earbud rather than come up from the phone), the length of your earphone cord is irrelevant to where you can clip the microphone. The cord is pretty short, making it pretty impossible to clip the mic anywhere near your mouth (e.g. lapel or shirt) unless you put the phone in a breast pocket. Even the side pocket of a jacket is iffy depending on how tall you are. There seem to be only a couple of no-name items like this one, with all sites selling the same ones. It may be worth it to you for the higher end one that's about $15.

This product was soooo cheap, I bought one for my step-sister to use with a karaoke app on her ipod. It worked so well, I just bought another one for my skpe app on my ipod!!!!! You just plug it in to your ipod, and then plug ur headphones into the adapter. Don't waste your money on the 30 dollar headphones with a mic included. AWESOME!!!

very cheaply made, poor quality, and it broke apart. you get what you pay for i guess.

it has goos clear quality but it is big it is worth the money . i was very happy i ordered two because the first one was defective lol

I love this adapter it works with almost everything and this is my thrid order. I will continue to buy more in the coming months.

It's great in all aspect, except i wish the cable was at least a few inches longer.

Just what I needed for my 1G iPhone! Now I can use any headphones or earbuds with it.

This product is useless its audio volume is so low it can't be heard. I regret purchasing it. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
