My son and I are very disappointed with this laptop. I went with ASUS instead of various other brands because of the company reviews I had come across and on the recommendation of several people who own ASUS products. Unfortunately, customer satisfaction and customer service isn't on ASUS list of priorities because when I called them for help they immediately accused us of having broken the DC Jack. I went online and found the same complaint on several forums but they just won't acknowledge the problem and refuse to be helpful in anyway. I am truly disgusted with ASUS!!
- How did the image on site compare with the actual product? Image was exact
- Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? No. After using the laptop for only 11 days the DC Jack gave out. It won't charge the battery at all or even allow the computer to function while connected to the outlet.
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. It seemed decent up until the DC Jack gave out!
