Why did you choose this product?
Needed a basic wireless router for my apt. I installed the upgraded ASUS version in my mother's house and really liked the quality but didn't need the power and couldn't afford the price tag so thought I'd give this one a try. Works great. Fairly easy to set up for first timers with some fairly clear instructions on the basics about how to set up security features and even for someone like me (who has dealt with the old school layouts) I appreciate the newer user interface. My only gripe was the Ethernet cable they sent with the router. It was cheap and appeared to have a short in it. I keep extra cables around so it wasn't a problem and the thing you're really paying for is the router not the cable but still something to keep in mind when purchasing this item.
