Good and Bad I love my original Nexux 7. I wanted to upgrade to 2013 version. I have had 3 different units shipped to me. I returned them all. The keypad doesn't open when needed, it closes programs on it's own, battery life is only a few hours, won't respond when laying flat, shuts off completely with no warning. This is not Overstock's fault! It's Asus. I finally gave up and bought a Nexus 9 from Amazon. I love it, except it is heavy. Don't take a chance on a 2013 model. Read the reviews and see that this occurs a lot.

Gift I got this for my boyfriend's birthday gift. I bought him the older asus Nexus tablet in 2012 and he loved it, but it had a few bugs and after reading reviews about various tablets I knew this newer tablet would be perfect for him. He is very pleased with it.

Manufacture support is terrible Unit failed less than a year from date of purchase. Attempted to use the extended warranty that was purchased but was told it was still under manufacture warranty. Sent in to Asus after supplying them with all of the requirements to get an RMA# called after several weeks they told me it was in repair waiting for parts, a week later they send a notice that it will cost $200 to repair because its out of warranty. Told them when it was purchased still will not accept date of purchase because it wasn't in PDF or jpeg Format. Still trying to get this unit repaired but will never purchase another item from them, and will not recommend them to anyone.
