  • Never got access to the internet

    This router looked great, but I was never able to get access to the internet. Error message kept stating no phone line plugged in, when I clearly did. Called customer service # provided, (rep. was outside of the U.S.), and was urged to purchase IT protection plan, when opted not to purchase for $9.99 month, was transferred back into the phone system. Very frustrating. Had to get wireless router/modem from xfinity, and returned this useless product.
