  • Good product and value

    This is a good product. Notice that the mount is supported by two flexible arms. This prevents the TV from rotating even when extended. This is going into the living room. I installed a smaller mount in a bed room with a single arm, which makes it very difficult to keep level. Since this is designed to mount up to a 60" it's very solid for our 40" and we can up grade to a 52" later. Included is hardware for mounting on wood framed walls or concrete block. Only weakness in the whole deal is that the single page of instructions don't explain anything. There are pictures only. But I think even a caveman could mount this.

  • Arrow AM-P18B Wall Mount for 30 to 60-inch Flat Pa

    As stated, instructions are not much but if you have a printer and enlarge them it makes it easier. My son and I installed the wall mount ourselves. We messed up getting the mount totally level on the wall but with adjustmenting the mounts on the back of the tv our 42" Sanyo tv is level and is completely stable. I really like the mount and would buy another one.

  • Great Mount!

    I'm pretty satisfied with the mount. The instructions could be better, really better. It was just a small piece of paper with pictures. Could be hard for someone who relies alot on instructions when assembling things. Very sturdy, I have a 46" LED hanging from it. It rotates left and right, and up and down. It also extends from the wall a good amount of inches. With the TV push all the way to the wall it still hangs about 3-4 inches from the wall. So if your looking for a really low profile look, this isn't for you. I'm pretty please since I have a decent size living room and i wanted to be able to pull the TV from the wall. It's pretty heavy, so it's a two man job for sure. For $$$ bucks, this mount is worth every penny. You won't find a cheaper one!

    Basically it's a perfect mount for cheap. Like the other reviewers the instructions suck....but it's incredibly simple to figure out. It holds well to brick and had a 130lb guy do a chin-up on it with it fully extended. Excellent mount.

  • sags, not really made for 40" + up tv's

    the metal is thinner gauge than other manufacturer's. with 50" tv it tilts downward, have to use all the upward adjustment to compensate. will tilt to heaviest outward corner a little when extended at an angle. as another customer noted, it is crooked when fully extended, but straight when retracted. stay below 40" tv and will work fine.

    The mount is rather heavy. It's definitely a two person job. The instructions are not very clear but we figured it out. Otherwise the product works well. We mounted a Sharp "40 TV and it moves well and easily. We have only had it up for about 1 month and we are very pleased

  • Arrowmount Full Motion Articulating Wall Mount

    This is a heavy Wall Mount and I had no problem trusting it would hold my big tv. The instructions were a bit vague but it was easy to install. I love how it backs up flat to the wall and yet I can pull it out and move it to the right or left to view the tv depending on which room I am in.

  • Love it!

    I purchased a 55" LED TV for my living room, and I wanted to be able to turn my TV sideways, and this mount is perfect! It took about 45 minutes to install, and I haven't had any problems!

  • weight rating seems too high

    this actually a really good mount but I wouldnt trust the weight rating. When I installed the mount it seemed to be very stable. But when I added the 60lb TV it seemed a little rickety. I am sure it will hold, but if I had to do it over I would get higher weight class mount or a tv that weighs less than 40lbs.

    just like the previous reviews said... the instructions arent the best but you will understand it enough to put it up. This is a two man job so you will have to get some help. once its up you will love it. absolutely love it...

The description says fits 37" to 62" TVs, but the picture indicates 30" to 60" TVs. As such will this mount fit a Toshiba 32HL67 LCD?  on Aug 23, 2012

The back base plate must be securely installed into two wall studs 16 inches apart. The front plate, (larger) with the two arms, can be adjusted up to 31 inches apart to match the separation hole pattern at the back of the TV. If the two arms coming from the front plate don’t aligned with the studs, customer must use the holes from the back plate to match the 16 inch separation wall studs instead. overstockcustomercare1 on Aug 24, 2012
 
 
Is this mounted to the wall in two places or one? The picture might suggest the wall plate secures to the wall behind each arms attached to the front of the wall plate. However it doesn't appear the two arms are 16" apart thus they wouldn't both mount into neighboring studs.  on Aug 22, 2012

Ours is mounted in three spots solely because of the issue you bring up- it cannot be secured into two neighboring studs. We used toggle bolts, (My husband installed so I think that's what they are called!) and we had some issues also because we live in a condo so our studs are metal. However, that being said, the tv is up like a champ and doesn't sway/lean/teeter or otherwise- even when it's extended. I think it's great but just be ready to spend some time installing it properly to be sure nothing happens. arielsmu on Dec 11, 2012

we couldn't get the mounting hole patterns for your Plasma TV (even from Manufacturer’s website), but the mount has been used with even larger screen TVs from Panasonic Brand, therefore is safe to assume it will be OK for the smaller 42 inch TV. If your TV has less than the following dimensions, it will be OK. Maximum Horizontal distance from the top mounting holes should not exceed 31 inches apart Maximum Vertical distance from top – bottom mounting holes should not exceed 19 inches apart. overstockcustomercare1 on Aug 23, 2012
