I recently installed this mount at my house for a 46 inch LCD TV. It is well constructed and simple to install for anyone with even a limited number of tools and basic knowledge of DIY skills. The mechanism moves easily with no binding and it stays in place in any position you choose. The lift off brackets make hanging the TV a breeze, though I would redesign the latch to completely close the gap between the TV mounts and the wall bracket. There is no risk of the TV falling off the mount once it is set properly on the mount and the locking levers are slid into place. If you are mounting the TV in a public space you can also lock the TV to mount with a small padlock if theft is a concern. This is a two person job to hang the mount. It took my son and me less than 30 minutes and most anyone should be able to do it in less than an hour not including clearing the space. A stud finder is essential as it must be mounted to two studs to ensure your new TV doesn't drop to the floor. I looked at mounts at the electronics store and warehouse clubs before buying this one here. The electronics store ones of similar quality cost 75% to 100% more while the ones at the warehouse club were similar in price, but frankly not as nice. You should seriously consider this mount if you have a need for an articulating mount for a larger LCD or Plasma TV.

After searching for cantilever wall mounts, this one was by far the best value around! Don't buy from electronic stores!!! They are so over priced; the best price in a store for a similar product as this one, was over $600! My husband hung this mount in a couple of hours (with the help of his father) and we have a 50" HEAVY tv. It is safe and secure and moves very easily. Great buy!

This Arrow mount was shipped fast and was already assembled. It was super easy to install. We took the arm assembly apart from the wall mount portion to put it up because some other reviews suggested it. We had the 50" plasma TV up and everything cleaned in less than 45 minutes. It was great to see all the different hardware for different mounting options (brick wall, drywall...). We mounted it 3 months ago and I will definitely purchase this again if I ever need another mount.

This was a purchase that I had put off for a while. I needed an articulating mount but most of the ones I priced were much more expensive. This one had all the features I needed, was easy to mount and was a deal! It showed up in an open box but all the parts were there and it looks great on the wall. I have a 42" plasma that weighs about 60 lbs and it is easily supported and adjusted once mounted.

This mount arrived very promptly and in good condition. Followed the instructions to attach it to the wall. The mount includes hardware to attach it to a large number of TVs. Having the proper tools to attach it to the wall is a must. Having the muscle power to lift the TV up to the mount can be a challenge. More muscle is better. Overall this is an excellent mount. I like it, now that it is finished.

I bought my hubby a 42" for his in home office and I purchased this from Overstock for him to hang the TV on the wall. I was looking for something that swiveled as we had to put it in a corner by a closet door and I wanted to still have access to the closet. It worked out GREAT just as everything has that I have purchased from Overstock. It is a good sturdy mount and holds the TV solid. We have had it up since 11/25 with no problems. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a mount for a larger flat screen.

This is a great peice of equipment. I mounted a 47" Vizio Razor Led Edge with no problems. It holds the TV firm. The motion is smooth and distance nice to angle with. Be aware a vizio has limited pan motion from side to side because of the 10" square mounting holes. This was no worry for me. All in all well worth the price. Takes 2 people and 2 hours and then enjoy!

This unit is Great.! It was it received before the delivery date.....And is Constructed and Designed very well.....I used it on a 42 Flat Screen....It is heavy duty enough to easily handle the 60in. that they have it rated @.....I have been shopping for some months and the only unit that would compare was $200....and not built any better.....I have to admit that I was a bit nervous about ordering this online ....without a close visual inspection...But honestly it fully met any expectations that I had about a unit of this sort.....It came with all kinds of extra bolts and spacers so that it would easily .accommodate any Flat Screen..... Oh yes and the way it is designed it has a quick release that allows you to mount and remove the screen very easily...along with a security locking flipper... I would recommend this to anyone.....

I have to say, when I first saw the condition of the box from Overstock I was skeptical about the mount quality. But I guess you can't judge a book by it's cover. The box had clearly been opened and not properly resealed. I checked to make sure all parts were included and surprisingly they were! There were relatively few parts required for the installation. The mount comes with more than enough nuts and bolts to fit any kind of television. Even though the instructions leave much to the imagination, the mount did go up relatively easy. The hardest part was finding the studs over my fire place. Just make sure you know that if your studs are more than 12-14 inches apart you'll have to be creative about finding a proper hanging place. In my refurbished condo, I could not center the t.v. over the fireplace. A vase had to balance that off. Other than that, my 66 pound, 42in Sharp Aquos television seems to hang pretty well. I'm a little nervous moving it around, but it really does seem sturdy.

The TV mount that was offered at a "warehouse" store, was $199 and not as nice as this one. After I read many, many reviews on this particular mount, I knew it was for me! It took 2 people about an hour to get it properly mounted - it pulls from the wall with ease and toggles to and fro, also! Definitely would recommend this item - great value - great price!

This TV mount is very sturdy and pretty well designed. I gave it 4 stars because the part that attaches to the TV and sits on the two horizontal beams, tends to very slowly slide a litle bit which can make the TV ever so slightly unlevel (you can't see it slide but after a few days I'll notice it's off just a bit). Also the 2 little metal peices that are supposed to make it so it can't be lifted off without moving them (hard to explain) don't have a way to keep them in the proper place. I had to jimmy rig it with a piece of a wire coat hanger. Otherwise the mount is very good and sturdy, and got it for a great price. Fred Meyer had a similar mount for over twice as much.

Easy to read directions, heavy duty equipment. Our TV feels extremely secure...and it looks really nice and professional...

We hung our 42-inch flat screen over our fireplace and needed a fully articulating mount to make sure we didn't have any problems watching a movie. This does exactly what I wanted it to do. I did find a similar one on a different site for a little less than half the price, but I believe the quality wasn't as good as this one. I'm happy with it, and pending any problems, do not plan on returning or exchanging it.

Great product. I have it in my garage and it can handle my 40in LCD with out any problem. I do enjoy the fact that it can articulate to accommodate all areas of viewing. It will definitely require two people to install, due to the weight of the item.

Great wall mount. Very sturdy and heavy. So far looks and works well. Hubby needed some help with putting it up because of its weight. Overall, hubby was impressed. He thinks it was a great deal for the quality of the product. He would recommend to others.
