Not perfect, but close to it
It's a great mount and has given me no trouble. It's really easy to assemble and use, and looks nice. I love all of its features and the price was the best for what you get (I researched a lot). My only problem with it is the TV just "hangs" on the mount, it doesn't screw in. It hadn't been a problem but it's scary to me that it can slide so easy and possibly come off the bar it's draped over. But obviously it doesn't happen if they make them like that, maybe they're all made like that.

Heavy Duty TV Wall Mount With Great Flexibility!
This particular TV wall mount is very heavy and made with quality materials. It was very simple to mount, however, I did not feel comfortable using the lag screws provided with the mount. I ended up using some beefier lag bolts with a hex head instead of the phillips-head screws. Once mounted and with the TV attached, you quickly realize how durable and sturdy the mount really is. This is my second wall mount which uses the hook and lock mounting system. Once the lower locking tabs are flipped into the "lock" position, the TV is not going to come off the mount even if you attempted to removed it yourself. The locking tabs must be unlocked or flipped down in order to remove the TV from the mount. The mount provides some great flexibility as far as positioning goes. I have the top of the TV mounted at a height of 8 feet in a corner of a 13'x13' room and have great visibility at almost every location in the room. Overall, I am very happy with this TV mount, especially for the price!

I'm using it outside!
I bought it to mount a TV outside for our gazebo. I sunk a post in concrete outside the gazebo and mounted the bracket on the 4x4 post. I bought this one because the tv can lift off and it swiveled and extended. It doesn't just lift off without loosing a screw like I hoped (I wanted to be able to remove the tv easily to take in the house for bad storms) but other than that, it works great. Easy to install (however we did need to go buy a few washer for extenders under the bracket to make the screws fit the tv holes...they say to use them but don't provide them. Other than that it installed very easy just like the directions say. It works great, swivels and extends and tips. Just what we wanted to be able to enjoy tv from several locations in the back yard. It extends just under the roof of the gazebo which allows for great sound while still being able to swing it to face the yard. I am very happy with this purchase and it was such a good price...they were almost double at best buy.

I recently bought 2 of these 1 for two different rooms, work great seem sturdy and easy to install only issues was that the mount indicate that is needs two holes have to be drill both on top and on bottom and then has a center hole for a 3 hole. Making this mount appear to need 6 holes or 4 if you end up trying to do the 2 on top and 2 on bottom your stud has to be huge and mine was not so i only drilled the center hole which was 1 on top and bottom to hold the 38 lbs 40 inch tv up and had no problem. other than that is a good product, instructions really lack but it wont take long to figure out what your suppose to do.
