Holes badly designed
I am hanging a 50" plasma that requires the heavy duty screws. None of the holes on this mount are wide enough to fit the large screws (even though they are INCLUDED, so you'd think Arrow would know better!) If you are hanging a TV with wide-bore screw holes, be aware that this unit can not accommodate. Must now return item.

Excellent mount
This mount was simple to install. It took longer to take the base off of my 47" TV, than to install the mount. This mount sits the TV close to the wall and does not have any give when it is on the wall. So make sure that any cables that are to be plugged into the back of your television are plugged in prior to putting the tv on the support bar. This is a very basic mount that is reasonably priced that is doing the same thing that more expensive mounts do.
