Good shopping experience, order was completed and shipped in a timely manner. Product worked properly.

When you buy reconditioned, you immediately think "scratch & dent". Not the case with this product. They look brand new, come sealed as if it were directly from the factory, and to me are better than new. That is because the kinks have occurred and fixed. It's like getting a field test of the unit, finding a bug, then getting it fixed. The result is a fixed product that costs less than new, but comes like a new unit. Combine that with the Overstock "occasional" discount coupon and you have a steal. Thanks Overstock!

Packaged arrived in excellent condition and on-time. The product features were easy to use and an easy upgrade from the IPod Shuffle.

i love my ipod nobody knows its refurbished it works really well sometimes it skips its easy to use its pretty in pink my favorite color and i carry it every where never leave home with out the pod! thanks overstock

I brought this product for my niece to own and she let me use it one day and I thought the quality and play was totally great. She likes its size and also says it has great sound which I have to agree. I would certainly say it was a good buy.

I purchased this iPod because my old nano was stolen, and I was a bit disappointed. Whenever I repeatedly skip songs, the iPod shuts down and the Apple logo appears. Also, it doesn't seem to hold a charge as long as my old one did.

Even though the ipod was referbished it looked brand new. It was $20 cheaper than in the store and since overstock doesnt charge tax it was like it was $40 cheaper. It works great and i love it. It didnt come with a full users manual but the paper they do give you pretty much explains everything.

this item worked perfectly right out of the box. easy set up and everything was included that would have come with a new one.

There is no reason not to buy this product if this is the model you want. We needed to replace one just like this and saved a few bucks by buying refurbished. We are very happy with this product.

I j'adore this product!!! I was a little ah-fraid of buying a refurbished product but I have not a clue why I would be ah-fraid 'cause it is puhr-fect! I just heart it! No I double-dog heart it!! Aw-nestly don't be thinkin! Get one!!! Done, Done, and Done.

i k now it was a refurbished ipod.it had to be comepletely reset after i received it.it works fine now. thank you

Product in good shape for a refurbished one. Would love to know what was "refurbished" though. What work was done on it? Never having owned an Ipod before, it took some doing to understand how it worked,and how sensitive the click wheel actually can be! Thought I had a loser in this one, but playing about with it helped. Better instructions would be appreciated by the older crowd. Pictures do not cut it. They are too vague. Most likely have not found all the features on the Ipod yet. It would be handy to have instructions where to find the various features instead of just punching and scrolling and wondering! All in all, I AM pleased with the product and would recommend friends buying one like this.

The refurbished iPod I purchased from Overstock has been a lot of fun. It looked brand new and it works great.

This product works well but was sent to me with a couple of dings on it that I was not happy with. Overall a good experience.

I was a little hesitant when I ordered this ipod as it was a refurbished one. However, to my great surprise it was a fantastic purchase. Not only did it arrive all wrapped up and looking like new, but it didn¿t have a scratch on it. It plays perfectly and I love it. It also came with the ear-phones and computer cord. The only thing it didn¿t come with is a manual but I was able to go to Apple website and download that myself. Wonderful purchase and I would recommend this to anyone.

This was my first ipod. It is incredibly easy to use. The computer senses the ipod and the itunes connected instantly. The download was fast and the ipod has transformed my relationship with my cds. I decided to buy the ipod since it was the CLASSIC IPOD. Great color choice can keep it hard to lose!

Excellent quality. I bought another ipod a year ago and have had no problems with either. I was able to get a 4GB for the price of a 2GB. I had a hard time finding the ipod in pink in the retail stores and limited time due to it being a birthday gift. But , as usual, on Overstock I found the color and I received it two days before the birthday deadline.The only thing my daughter didn't like was the old earbud design. I really think she just wanted pink earbuds which she did get as another gift . Yes, her brother does kow her well. Thanks again for making my shopping easy.

Item was shipped in reasonable time and packaged safely. There was only a tiny scratch on the front but hardly noticeable to the naked eye. I would definately recommend family and friends to use this service to find those hard to find items. My Ipod works GREAT!!!!!!

Though the price was fair for a 2Gen pink nano and everything worked fine, I was a bit let down with the amount of scratches and dents on the casing. Everything else was great but just be aware it is a refurb and will not look brand new.
