This is terrific for my barn. We have a metal building so radio reception is very poor. This iPod gave us just enough memory to put 4 days of music on one system. We'll still have to keep updating it occasionally, but it sure makes the environment more enjoyable.

I bought this iPod mostly for my young daughter and it works perfectly, and has no indication that it is refurbished. Even though this iPod is formatted for Windows, I plugged it into my mac (which has OS 10.5.8) and it automatically knew what to do. The 4GB is totally sufficient for our needs--we have loaded at least 10 chapter audiobooks, a bunch of podcasts, and probably about 25 full albums of music, and it is still not at capacity.

i absolutley love the ipod ! i had the exact same one but my screen broke so i had to buy a new one and i found it on here for cheap and looks like new. its so great! and it arrived in 5 days ! i love it!

I was looking for an ipod that didn't cost a fortune, but enabled me to carry a good portion of my music and some language learning lessons around. This ipod does the job. The only downfall is that it's hard to find a variety of cases/covers for it because they phase them out. Try looking online and make sure you get one for 1st Generation 4GB or most likely it won't fit. To keep the ipod from getting scratches, I kept the original plastic pieces attached instead of peeling them off - these came with the ipod when I received first it. This is an inexpensive way to protect the surface if you don't find a cover you like or want to save money.

I bought this ipod for my husband's birthday and he loves it! My son bought the same one retail a few months ago and paid a lot more. Only issue was the ear buds - the metal screen on one is loose and scratches your ear. Otherwise a great deal!

I haven't ever purchased a refurbished item before. This ipod on Overstock was my first. I was very happy with the product and quick delivery. I will be ordering a second refurbished ipod for my other son.

I love my ipod nano! it works great....I have no problems with it. I already had an itunes library so I was able just to plug it in and connect it. It stays charged for a long time. The sound is really clear and loud. It's a great purchase! One of my cousins bought hers new and thinks mine is nicer!

I bought this same ipod for retail last year. This one is for my husband. It does not come with any software but that wasn't a big deal to me since I just loaded my existing library. Good value, unit looks brand new.

I needed to replace my old mp3 player and wanted an iPod. I wanted something larger than the Shuffle, but didn't want to spend the $150 for the Nano. This refurbished Nano gave me everything I needed. I got the storage capacity and quality I was looking for. It's easy to use, and perfect for the gym (which is my main use for it). No problems at all in the 3 weeks I've had it now.

Once I had instructions from younger people, I find the nano very easy to download music. Love the smallness of the machine. Easy to work and carry.
