Awesome product at an awesome price! Excellent quality and condition! My only regret is that I didn't buy the 4 GB nano!

I bought 2 of these reconditioned iPods in the black as gifts. I ordered them slightly in advance, obviously, to make sure they arrived in time to be given to the recipients. I gave them as gifts, and then learned after the expiration of the 30 day return window that neither worked at all. I've gotten them back from the recipients, and replaced them with new, full priced ones bought retail. Overstock now will not allow these 2 iPods to be returned as it is outside the stated 30 day policy, even though they are completely defective and don't work at all. Lesson learned - no more recons for me. BEWARE!!!!!

Just right, for MP3's, won't do video and all that other stuff, but it is small and will hold more than enough songs and still be trendy.

Excellent product. Bought a couple for my boys and they enjoyed it so much I bought one for myself. It is simple to use, even for someone like me who has trouble with the television remote. I would recomend this product to everyone. I plan to buy a few more for christmas gifts.

I was disappointed to discover that this product had been refurbished. I am currently deployed in Iraq and ordered the IPOD as a birthday gift for a relative. I was disappointed and embarrassed when the person opened their gift to find the product was refurbished. Refurbished is NOT new!!

This was a birthday gift for my son.....The first IPod sent did not work properly and when I informed Overstock of this problem they sent him another one in TWO DAYS wtthout the defective one being sent back yet. Customer service is GREAT...This is one of the few online stores that I always feel good about buying from. I highly recommend the IPOD and Overstock.com...They really impress me with their excellent customer service and wonderful products. I buy by bedding from NO WHERE ELSE!!

Love my Nano, its small and you can cary it anywhere without weighing you down. All the features are great!!!

I bought this for my husnabd's b-day and he absoutely loves it! The instructions are eay to follow and downloading songs are easier. Although the iPod was "refreshed" it looks brand new. Great buy @ a Great price.

Great value. You can tell by the condition that it is refurbished but I don't mind, im just gonna put a few marks of my own on it. It works great and I've had no problems.

I ordered this product in November and was excited to receive it. About a month later the iPod stopped working. There was no sound. The artist shows on the screen that is playing however i can not hear sound through any of my headphones i used with the ipod. I was very disappointed.

It works well, and arrived in excellent shape, with no scratches and no defects.This product is a good for those pinching pennies and dont care too much about getting the latest product....I would never have spent the money required to obtain a new ipod, so this fit my needs. Although I am not a tech geek, I am pretty sure this is a 1st Gen ipod, rather than a second gen ipodit is advertised to be, but it suited my purposes well and am not dissapointed in the purchase.

I'm inexperienced with IPODs so I had to have my son help me load the music. We downloaded the songs I wanted from my home collection of CDs and filled up my IPOD after just 246 songs! I was not happy after buying it with the description for this saying that it would hold 500 songs. I found out that I had to convert my WAVE files to AAC files. After doing this I now have extra room for more music but I wish I had bought an IPOD with more memory. Even though, I'm enjoying my purchase.

This is the second refurbished IPOD that I purchase and must say I got a great deal! I haven't had a problem with my first purchase and I've had it for I think a year already. The second one purchased, the Nano 2nd generation, I purchased for my 6 year old so that she can listen to her own music. She loves it, she finds it easy to use. Since we just purchased it (I think I've had if for a month already) we have not had a problem with it. If I encounter a problem, I will come back to the site and change my review. But for now, great product at a great price!

This is the 3rd or 4th item i've ordered from Overstock and the first one i've had a problem with. It came with two softward disks and one of them was registering as a blank CD... then the headphone port was broken and now I have to send the whole thing back... what a pain...

Overall a great product. I bought it for my 57yr. old husband. The only problem he has is that he is not computer literate so he has to have someone else load his music for him. The ear phones broke withiin 2 weeks but they are easy to replace, although I would expect them to be a little more durable. I would recommend this product because if my husband can operate it .......any 2yr. old could.
