I actually was away when this arrived & did not get it for several weeks after- When I opened it- I discovered a crack at the very top. I emailed several times , on what I should do & never got a response. Now it is past the 30 days & I have no choice but to keep the ipod with a crack. I was very disppointed, since you can see Ive ordered from Overstock, plenty of times & I have never had this problem Tina Quinones

I was a bit hesitant to proceed in purchasing the ipod touch from overstock, primarily because I did not know what condition to expect it in. The ipod touch I received was in a great looking and working condition. I felt as if I was the first and only owner, but remember it is not brand new. The main problem I found with the ipod was that it does have some screen glitch or something. I little icon on top flashes, but it does not affect the working quality. Also a hint, if you do decide to purchase this remember that the package comes with the ipod touch, earphones, and the cord. No software, but you can download it online.

I was worried about getting a "refurbished" item, but this thing looks brand new and works perfectly. I am very pleased!

I really like my ipod touch, and would recommend overstock in a heartbeat! The only thing I would change is to include a wall plugin attachment thingy (just came with a usb port). It needs the little attachment you put on the usb port. And for people complaining about no instructions, you can print them off the internet!! DUH! It came in like 5 or 6 days, and I have already reccomended it to someone! I couldn't find a better price anywhere! Thanks Overstock!!!! (P.S. Its always a good idea to get the 2 year replacement plan.)

Although technical refurbished, to me it was like Brand New...No Scratches & Impeccable Condition. This was my first ever Apple Product (I was previously a PALM guy) and have to say that I am very pleased with this purchase! Ipod Touch 4g is Awesome! And the price here is even better :)

I was very happy to find the newest ipod on overstock, i ordered it and it shipped fast!! However, it was not in the original packaging (which i knew was a possibility), nor did it come with the user guide/manual. I was taking a chance on buying refurbished, and the product itself is great, i just wish it had come with all the original paperwork.

My son loves his iPod! Great gift and great price.

Purchase this for my daughter in June 2011, she use it everyday. Never had any problems, excellent product.

You would never know this was a refurbished product, and not a brand new one. It looks perfect, functions great, and has no signs of wear. There are a few minor issues that may just be a part of the ipod brand (says it's 8G when it's actually 6.5G, keyboard "clicks" don't always sound). Overall, I am very happy with this product and definitely think it is a far better deal than buying a new one. Five stars!

It was ok back was sceched up and screan is very very easy to brake but its good for music and watching your videos menory was kinda low but thats because i pick this model but it ok.

I bought an Ipod touch 4th generation refurbished and the headphone jack went out within 2 months. When I tried to return it and get a refund overstock wanted to give me credit for there website when I paid with a credit card.

I bought this as a gift for my daughter, at the time I did not realize it was a refurbished item. When we got it I told my daughter we could return it and get a new one, she didn't want to and is very happy with it. Uses it every day when she runs.

As many have also mentioned, I too hesitated to purchase refurbished. I purchased a refurbished ipod touch last year and was completely pleased. This year, because my children are spoiled, I purchased an updated refurbished ipod touch as well as a (third) brand new touch from a different company. The only difference in the new and refurbished was the packaging....which means nothing to my kids. The first refurbished touch is over one year and is still working with no problem at all! While I assume each refurbished is considered refurbished for different reasons, I've been very lucky and pleased. Always happy with all my products and customer support with Overstock!!
