I have purchased a couple of refurbished items before and have been very happy with them. The only downside that I can determine is that the 1 year warranty expires about a month and a half early. (due to prior registration?) This iPod Touch seems to be of the same "like new" quality of previous refurbished items that I have purchased. It arrived in less than a week and then the fun began. I must admit that it took me a few days to become accustomed to the software but now I can breeze through the screens, check email, stock quotes, weather, sports scores quicker than on my laptop. Oh yeah...also loaded about 3 gig of tunes from my computer through iTunes. (also took a bit of getting used to but now very easy to use) I am really glad that I ordered the iPod when I did because I checked back later that day to see if the price had changed and they were SOLD OUT! I would definitely recommend the refurbished iPod Touch to anyone looking to save a few bucks.

This Ipod was a great deal on Overstock and I have enjoyed the great sound with it every morning at the gym. This is a must buy if you are looking for an Apple Ipod.

Tis ipod turned out great! I purchased a while back never had any issues although it was refurbished, I later sold to my coworker as I wanted to upgrade to 4th generation with facetime, will def. recommend, I got a USB comp cable included n little instructions pamphlet.

Loved this! Until Aug 2011, then the Ipod crashed, had to do a total system reset, and with this one the Wi Fi burned out, Apple will repair for 200.00!! So, this was a great deal for a year and half, but, now will either have to just use as ipod, or purchase a new one! Not sure if I would recommend. Guess, this happens to a few of the Ipod with system restore,.

we loved them. i got a total of three. one for each household member. we were all very pleased. great deal. i would recommend these to anyone.

This is the second generation. The battery dies quickly.

Overall I like this product. The sound quality is great for both movies and music. However, the internet access is only available with free wifi access.

I bought the apple ipod touch for my daughter but I waited till after christmas to get the best price and it paid off. The product was in perfect condition when it arrived at the front door (in less time than expected) and have not had a problem with it yet. Thanks again for the quality service

This unit was refurbished and was surprised to find it looked and worked as new. The packaging was not original but was well packaged. The unit has been in use for several weeks and is performing with no problems. Highly recommended.

I was hesitant to try a refurbished product but took the chance. it has been great. My son loves it and it is loaded with songs and working well. So far so good!! It is a beautiful piece of electronic equipment. The delivery was fast and the price was right.

This was a Christmas gift for my 11 yr. old daughter. I was concerned about it being refurbished and it's lifespan. It's only been a week, but I am very pleased with the brand new look and features. No one would ever guess it was refurbished. The battery life is a bit short, but my daughter does use her ipod 24/7. Also, I wasn't too happy with the plain box it came in..considering it was a gift..but I got a good deal and in the end that was more important to me. I was concerned about the "refurbished" label, these reviews helped me, that is why I wanted to leave my opinion for others.

I purchased a new iTouch for my oldest son last Christmas. All we heard from my youngest all year is that he wanted his own iTouch. I didn't want to start a mine's better war, so I wanted the exact same model. I found the refurbished iTouch for the best price anywhere on Overstock. The item looks and performs exactly like the new one purchased a year eariler from Apple. Couldn't ask for anything more. Great product. Would by a refurbished Apple iTouch again.

I wasn't sure what too expect with a refinished product but I figured it was worth the gamble. It paid off. Not only were these ipods perfectly functioning, but aside from the 1 or 2 scratches on the back, which ipods are famous for, they were in like new condition! I would absolutely purchase these again!

Love the product. I ordered it for my Boyfriend's birthday and couldn't be happier with it. wonderful condition, literally like brand new. The comment another reviewer had made about it not including a user manual, that's not an overstock thing but an apple thing. Iphones and Ipods are so user friendly and intelligent you aren't suppose to need a manual for it, if you do end up needing help there is an online link to the user manual built into your ipod. So if anyone considerings not purchasing this product because of that, be forewarned that you will not get a user manual from even the apple store directly if bought from them.
