I bought this ipod as a gift for holiday for my husband. It is a great product. I will not however order anything on overstock again. I was not happy with the customer service or the quickness of the delivery of this product. I had to contact the overstock customer service three times before I was happy with the outcome. I paid for 3 day shipping. My product came in 11 days. Although Overstock did agree to reimburse me I will not use this site for purchasing anything.

When I received my IPOD 8GB from overstock, I thought it would look used with lots of scratches, to my amazement, it looked Brand Spanking New! I purchased it as a Refurbished item for a very low price from overstock, so I expected the worst. I wish now that I should have purchased at least two more. I've played movies and music on it and it works perfectly. I like it better than my 5Gen video ipod 30 gig. Anyway, I hope you guys at overstock receive more so I can purchase another one.

came with no manual, clear plastic case it was in was scratched BADLY and was all sticky, the ipod touch just moves around loosely in its case because some part of the packaging is missing. ipod touch was all sticky and dirty but cleaned up ok.i have pretty low standards and have bought refurbs before but this is the worst by far.Even after I cleaned it up and added some packaging to it I still don't feel comfortable giving it as a gift which is why I bought it.

i can't wait to get mine, i bet it is super cool like the people on here who already got said it would be cool and my favorite part about the ipod touch is that you can go on the internet if you are in a room with WI-FI!

the ipod touch is really cool! I like the different applications - many of which are free. I also like the ability to go on the internet when you are in a wi-fi area.
