Good iPod
I got this iPod for my birthday and its actually really good. I thought because it was refurbished it was not going to work but it works and looks like if it was brand new. I recommend this iPod (^_^)

thought it was good, but then it stopped working
i recieved the ipod in a timely fashion, and it seemed to work, but after about a month, without dropping it once, it just stopped working. i tried restoring it, i tried everything, and it just won't work. disappointed that i spent xxxx on this.

Waste of Money & Frustrating Purchase Experience
This was the single most frustrating retail experience I've ever had to deal with. Overstock.com offered and then withdrew a 10% off offer. It took HOURS of my time to get them to honor what they originally offered in the first place. POOR business form. Highly doubtful that I will ever purchase from them again. When I FINALLY got the iPod Touch, everything seemed OK but now the screen is glitchy and the weak 30 day warranty has expired. AVOID THIS ITEM. It is NOT worth the small savings over buying NEW. I wish I had known this before wasting so much of my time and money. FWIW, I have purchased MANY manufacturer refurbished items over the years, and in most cases, there is a 90 day warranty. This 30 day warranty is the weakest I've run across and Overstock.com has proven that they aren't worth dealing with.

- Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? NO! The product started acting up within a couple of weeks of the LAME warranty expiring.

I got this as a gift for my birthday, and I was extremely satisfied. The iPod looked practically new. Very happy with it!

Touch is great--refund policy is not
The 4th -generation Touch is spectacular--easy to use, colorful, vivid, and efficient. I don't appreciate being charged $****, however, for opening the package (?) of the 3rd-generation Touch which I erroneously purchased before getting the 4th-generation one, especially since it was refurbished in the first place. SURELY it doesn't cost $**** to put the other Touch, which I used for only 36 hours till I realized it was the wrong on, into another refurbished container. I probably won't purchase more electronic gear from Overstock.com because of this charge, but I love the Touch and would recommend it highly to anyone.
