I ordered a black one a couple of weeks ago and it works just fine. This case meets my needs and does protect my Touch!

I had the case for exactly 3 weeks before the screw holding the clip in place broke and the case is now unusable. Additionally, the cover never shut very well and would frequently fall open, dumping the iPod touch onto the floor. Surely there are better products for you to spend your money on.

I have received many things from Overstock that were great deals, but this was a piece of junk that went into the trash immediately. The catch on the side did not work so it increased the likelyhood that my new itouch 2nd gen would become damaged. Even if the catch had worked this offered no protection for an itouch, I wasn't looking for much, just something to protect the itouch in my purse. I'm 56 years old and retired so it wouldn't need to be much to be adequate for my purpose.

this case is a total waste of money. cheap design, will not stay closed once device is in the case, pops open. not secure. do not waste your money on this!!!
