Some of the features don't work as well if you are expecting to get something just shy of the Iphone, but for what I want to play music and watch some videos while surviving the plane rides, it works fine. You can check your email via wifi if you are near such a wireless router. Still have not gotten it to check my Gmail but it plays music and videos just fine. Some of the keys are not as quick as I like but I don't think that it has anything to do with being refurbished. I'm happy with the purchase it was over 80 dollars cheaper than the military exchange. OVERSTOCK continues to have the cheapest prices....

A lot of my friends are suspicious of "refurbished", but I've bought 2 refurbished products from Overstock and had no problems with anything not working. I'm an old hand at Mac operations, but haven't owned an ipod I had to do some serious manual reading to get the setup. But, I think it's well worth it. One caveat that should be made more clear is that this is an earlier incarnation of the ipod Touch and it does not have a speaker, microphone or volume buttons like the newer version.

it works just like new and has everything a new ipod touch would have. great buy

I guess you always worry about a refurbished product. But I have NEVER had a problem with one from Overstock and the same is true with this Ipod and for the price it has been wonderful!!!!

2 of the 3 ipods that I purchased have died within 6 months and there is no way to get a refund, at that point, since there is only a 60-day warranty. This is a lot of money to pay for only 6 months of use!!!

Six months later, 2 of the 3 have died and are past the 60-day warranty so I cannot get my money back. A lot of money to pay for 6 months of use!!! Will never buy a refurbished product again!

I bought this to store photos and music because, I lost my older ipod. I was amazed at how easily it is to use and find things. You can also connect to your email and all the other apps that are available to you. I give it a thumbs up!

I purchased this iPod for my daughter as a graduation gift and she has loved it; not a single issue to date in the many months she has used it ... terrific price v. value tradeoff!!

The IPod Touch is a good item, and this refurbished piece I purchased is a great buy

The product was great and came quickly. It did not, however, come with the case that was ordered with it. Not sure if case was from same seller but it appeared as though I was dealing with the same one.Otherwise, cords, condition of device and satisfaction by the receiver was just fine.

So far this product has met all of my needs and expectations.

My son really loves this IPOD. He can even gets his emails on it and it has a GPS system on it. It was a Christmas winner. The price was so much lower than I could find it anywhere and I got it so fast.

Christmas present for my husband. Very big hit although he now is lost in the world of IPod Touch. I was concerned about it being a refurbished item but it has performed very well and I'm considering one for myself....

I recieved this ipod and right away loved it. Still learning all its fun little options but really like the quality and the picture display.

I have had no problems with this I-Pod since I got it. The only complaint I have is that of Wi-Fi (I never seem to be close to any hotspots when I want to be). Other than that issue, it is nearly perfect. Apple did a great job on this product.
