I've owned an 8GB Touch since Nov 2007, and was already quite pleased with its performance as a media-player. Then came Macworld and Apple really upped the Touch's game by offering the $20 Software Upgrade bundle. Now the Touch is no longer just an iPod! You can listen to your tunes, watch your videos, surf the web AND manage your email (and more). I would have gladly paid $20 for the Mail program alone, but in addition to that comes and amazing mapping app from Google, a weather app and a notetaker. It truly is an iPhone without the phone.

Ipod itself is awesome, but I bought two of these, one for a friend, and his freezes up quite often. Mine works fine, but I would hesitate to buy again because of the difficulty working his.

I bought this item and am extremely pleased!!! The touch screen is great, the menu fantastic and overall quality is second to no other iPod released to date! I was skeptical of the WiFi feature, but have been proven wrong by this product, as it works great even with the weakest of signals! This item, though refurbished, is absolutely LIKE NEW...I would DEFINATELY recommend this to one and all!!!

When I received the item it was cracked but it still works other than that I love this ipod
