I was happy when I first received the Ipod because the physical condition looked very nice - no scratches, etc. And it worked fine for about 2 months. Then one day while listening the audio went very bad, every song could barely be heard through static, and we could not get it to work properly again. Thankfully Overstock let me return and gave a full refund, I was very impressed with that. But overall, I think for the small amount you are saving, its not worth it - just go buy a new one.

I bought this Ipod for my husband as a Valentine's Day Gift. I received it quite quickly and he absolutely loves it!! He works about 2 hours away and during his long commute he watches all the movies he downloads into it. It's the best present ever.

The latest edition of the flagship Ipod model. If you've been wanting one of these for a while, but have lacked the funds, now may be a good time to buy one now that they're cheaper :) Unless you have a massive music/media collection you want to be able to fit all of onto a portable device, or you like ripping your music at high Kbps rates, you may be better off saving some money and getting one of the Ipod nano's or a similar player, otherwise this thing is great at what it's designed to do. Instead of writing a super-long review about it, I'm going to highlight the pros and cons I found. Pros Massive storage space @ 80 GB (I have over 1,000 songs loaded onto it so far, and room for plenty plenty more!) Ease of use (The clickwheel makes operation quick, easy, and fun) Large aftermarket support (There are lots of readily available accessories for the Ipod if you need them) Cons The stock headphones aren't that great (If you like optimum sound quality, you're definitely going to want a better paid of headphones than the ones that come with it) Not the best to run with (The hard drive based design = moving parts, which don't fare too well when they're bouncing and flying around. But that's the price of all that storage space!) Sometimes the click-wheel can freeze for a second, and sometime songs take a brief moment to load Lack of AM/FM radio built into the unit (not a big deal for me, but may be to some) Overall though, it's a great product, and if the thought of buying a mass storage media player with tons of available accessories and aftermarket support appeals to you, then the Ipod if for you!

My husband & I are in our 60's and find the features great and for the most part easy to use. Would recommend this highly. We take it everywhere with us just so we can listen to our music or to podcasts. Now we have upgraded to pictures on it.

I love my iPod. I just wish it came with directions. I was trying to use my other music software, and was unaware that I needed itunes. It took me a fw days to get the music on there. i just wish it came with some instructions. Other than that, it was great. I love it!

Normally, you think of refurbished as something that wouldn't work straight out of the box. I decided to gamble and purchase a refurbished iPod. Other than the fact that it was not in it's factory box, the item is great and just what I expected. And I saved $50 over a new one.

First Ipod did not charge and had to return. Second Ipod, so far has been working great. Customer service was great in handling the return and sending out the replacement in a timely manner.

Well.....This is my first media player ever. After getting bad reviews about other products, I blindly went for iPOd. So far I have not faced any problems. And I have downloaded many songs. Since it has been refurbished, I found some scratches. But then I bought a ipod cover to cover them. Right now, I am reallly enjoying my ipod.

Product is just what i ordered. Shipping was 2 days and this thing is great. Holds tons of music and movies if you want an ipod that will work for you for a long time I recommend this. For anyone thinking or getting an ipod you cant go wrong.

Worked fine at first, but now I have an expensive doorstop! I have my doubts about refurbished products... even Apple couldn't fix this, but it failed so long after warranty that I have no claim. Bummer...

Very happy with the IPOD. You'd never know it was a refurbished model

This is the second refurbished iPod that I have purchased through Overstock. This is now my primary home stereo. I have it placed on my Bose Sounddock and it has MORE than enough room from all of my music. A great value... Why buy new???

I bought this iPod for myself and I love it. I wanted to be able to play all of my favorite songs in my car without having to change out CDs. It's great! I just have to keep my kids away from it. They're trying to take it away as they have 4GB as opposed to my 80.

I would recomend this I-pod because of it's look and abilities.

I purchased this refurbished ipod and it's in great condition. No scratches. With money I saved on this purchase (compared to other locations I had seen the item) I was able to get two accessory kits (one for the car and one for the house). Great price and value! Thanks Overstock, will be shopping again soon.

it is wonerful, it holds alot , the sound is great you need to get you one
