I got the ipod for my girlfriend for her birthday. It arrived quickly and was near perfect. It had no blemishes of any kind that I could find and worked like new. She really loves it and hasn't had any problems with it. Great price as well. I comparison shopped on different sites and Overstock offered the best deal on the product and on the 2 year warranty. I am highly satisfied with my purchase.

I needed a new ipod, since my last one tanked, but I didn't have $300 to spend on one brand new. I was delighted to find what I was looking for in a refurbished model for about 1/3 of the price. When i first received it, it wouldn't sync correctly, and I called the customer service number provided and had to send it to them. I was a bit disappointed, as I was really eager to get my ipod! Within a week, I had it back (or another one - not sure) and it works like a charm. Saving all that money was worth it, even with having to send it back and wait a few days more for it. I would recommend a refurbished model to anyone needed to shop on a budget. Also, kudos to the customer service team in their quick and efficient response!

Ipod was a replacement for the same model. I wore out old machine. This was cheaper than doing an Apple fix. New refurbished ipod was great. No scratches .. no problems. I highly recommend Overstock's service and products

I bought this item for my car and it works great. I also bought the two year warranty so in the event it fails, I can get a new one. I did this because I had many problems with my 2nd Generation Ipod Nano. This item works great. Think about getting a bigger size ipod for your home.

I have used Creative products for many years now but finally decided to make the switch to the ubiquitous ipod. This opens up many options for other accessories such as the Bose Soundock. I am happy with the purchase. Sadly the I-pod does not include a radio and surprisingly some of the options in the creative zen vision m are actually better. Yet the ipod is easy to use. It is more slim and more elegant. I purchased bodyguards to cover the ipod in an invisible skin. It is beautiful.

well this was the first time i have ever bought refurburnished anyhting before, and i heard a lot of mixed things about the site. I went out on a limb and ordered my slef an older ipod( i like simple things) and i was so amazed, shocked, and over all happy when my order came in! it looked brand new, holds a charge, no scratchs or problems at all! Shipping could have been a little speedier but for $3 i cant complain plus part was my fault too! this is a great ipod and a great site customer service was so helpful and i had a great stress free experince. would def order agian!

I bought this for my birthday and it looked brand new. I charged it and started using it...the backlight never came on. I dropped it once about a week after recieving it and now it don't work at all. Great deal but I think I'm going to stick to buying new, so I know what went wrong if it fails.

Received the product in great condition, did not freeze on startup. My son is very happy with the iPod and says his friend has an 80 gig same generation but how could you use that much space for music. He loaded 200 songs the first day and two movies and thought that was very cool. Would buy it again.

I was overwhelmingly surprised at this purchase. The price was better than anywhere else that offers Apple refurbs, yet it can't make me stop wishing for a better priced Apple video. The unit has very little scratches on it, none on the screen, and functions perfectly. I will definitely be recommending this product to others looking for cheaper video iPods.
