This is the best IPod I have ever had. It goes 24 hours a day. I have a broadcast system that goes clear through my house, and my IPod has been running 24 hours a day, broadcasting beautiful music throughout my house any time I want. The quality is great, and so is the power and ease of using. I would really recomend it any time. I have had it for 3 years, and no problems at all. NArlene

Of course, the product is reconditioned, I knew that going in. I usually read the specifications carefully so that there are no surprises. What I didn't realize and wasn't written is that this product is an older model. It is three years old, which means that I cannot store photos. Other than that I like what I got, it seems "new".

It is great accept it's battery life just doesn't hold. Actually, the battery doesn't hold for even as half as long as they say it should.

We bought the first one and had to return it because we couldn't get the software to work right. We'd start downloading songs and then we'd only get partial songs and then some songs wouldn't load. So we sent that one back and they sent us another one. We loaded the software for that one and that one works great. It's my son's iPod and he is loving it! In fact I'm a bit jealous because his holds more music than mine! But it definitely was worth the money.

within three weeks of receiving the ipod it stopped working. currently waiting for instructions on repair.

This is an uncomplicated, older generation model that is not video capable, which is great for me as all I want to do is play music. The battery life isn't quite as long as stated, but adequate. This item is refurbished and is a great deal for the money. I trust Overstock, so I have no problem buying refurbished items from them.

I have had problems with my iPod from day one. It will not hold a charge for more than two hours. It has erased all of the music three times. It has been a royal pain! It was not a good value because it is only a 28% discount off the regular retail price and does not work properly. I would not recommend buying a reconditioned iPod.

I made the mistake of buying this without a replacement plan and of course it quit on me a few months after I bought it. I inquired about repairs and the cost of repairs were more than what I spent on the iPod. Bottom line, I don't recommend this.

I love this ipod! It looks brand new! very clean and nice. I was amazed at how nice this ipod looked for being previously owned. It works great and plays for a very long time on the battery.

I bought this for my son. He loves it. It has the memory to hold all his music. He had already had a 30 GB ipod that had been dropped and broken so the software was a no brainer for him. It was a great value and a perfect 18th birthday present. I also learned my leason and purchased the protection plan which I would recommend.

I would not recommend this product! Highly suggest that you spend the extra money for a newer generation model. This is very difficult to operate and it is hard to find accessories to match.

This was a good price, the item arrived super-quickly, and I was mostly happy, but...I didn't realize that this item was not only refurbished, but was two or three generations old, so it didn't have some of the functionality that I thought it would. Probably my bad, but still, I wish Overstock would have mentioned that.

I am very pleased with the refurbished iPod. The transaction was quick, I received the package within days and my husband was happy with his gift. It is just as good as new and half the price. I would do it again.
