I bought this Ipod because it was about 30 dollars cheaper than at the store. From day one when I got it some of the songs it played had a skipping sound on them and other songs would skip to the next song at various times. I initially thought it was a defect of the songs I put in the Ipod and realized too late that the hard drive in the Ipod must have been damaged. Needless to say I don't think this would have been a problem on a new Ipod. So through my extended warranty I'm going to get a refund and just buy one from the store. I'll be a lot more careful with refurbished products in the future and make sure they're working properly immediately.

Even though this iPod was "refurbished" I would have never have known it otherwise! Huge capacity and works great!! The price was the best I could find shopping around the internet.
