When it does work, the sound quality isn't great. There is a lot of background noise. When it doesn't work, no sound goes through it. Don't waste your money on this. Buy a higher quality product.

Love this prodcut. It is beautiful and works perfectly in my car. Now I can study the material I downloaded on my ipod, while I am driving.

This product worked for a total of 5 minutes. sound quality was horrible. I used it for books on tape I had on my ipod until it would not feed to both speakers in my car (only one side).

This is the second one I have ordered. I was and continue to be satisfied with the first one. Bought another in a package and it broke very quickly, so I ordered this one as a replacement. Hope it does as well!

For the price, this item can't be beat. The retractable cord works fine. You'll have to turn the volume all the way up on your ipod, but otherwise, there's no tricks to using it. It does exactly what it's supposed to do!

This is a very good plug for your itouch and your mp3 players.

Besides loving getting all kinds of little surprises in the mail from Overstock.com when I least expect it, due to the prompt shipping, I love this little ipod accessory I use for my 5th generation. I am able to listen to all my downloaded music in my car. It takes very little room and I love that there is no fuss, no muss with a long cord to have to wind up. I would recommend this to everyone.

I bought TWO of these, and neither works as they should...very disappointed in this product

I love it. It doesn't get twisted in the car, and doesn't bend at the point of contact with the Aux cable hole in the car or the iPod itself as my old one from Target did that made the music skip after about 6 months. This one is pure blissful uninterrupted music. Beautiful and what a deal. Wish the iPods were this cheap.

Plug into my iPod at one end and the car stereo auxiliary port at the other and off I go, singing away to all my favorite tunes--very functional and inexpensive. Retractable feature is nice--no excess cord to get in the way.

Good stuff. Work well and the price is good. Shipping is quick too. Great.

I guess you get what you pay for; the product is decent for the price and works for what I purchased it for, but again its not of the highest quality...I'm afraid it wont last to long after constant use, wear and tear. Do not get me wrong, like I said you pay for top quality, this serves my limited use to connect my ipod to my car sound system.

The product works great. No problems at all. The retractable reel works well, but I find it unnessesary because the cord is only about 2 1/2 feet long. I would absolutely recommend this product.

I love this works great, I just plug my i pod into it and then plug the other end into my car outlet and it works great, love it, and the price is great.

I bought this for my new car that has an aux input and i was nervous at first when I plugged it in and heard nothing....but then i turned my volume up on my ipod and also in the car and the sounds was perfect. Great product for the price and the retractable feature of the cord makes it easy and attractive to have in your car! Extremely happy with this purchase!

I recently bought a new vehicle that came with an Ipod interface that required this cable. What was more amazing than the fantastic price for this item was the SHIPPING! I came home from the car dealer around 3PM on Saturday afternoon, they didn't have my color choice so I had to wait, I got online ordered the cable, got the usual confirmation email saying they would advise me when it shipped, well on Tuesday I get a call at work, they traded with another dealership for my vehicle so I go directly to the dealership and pick up my car after work. I get home and my delivery from Overstock is in the mailbox. I immediately tested the cable out, it works perfectly, being retractable is an excellent feature for me since I need only a few inches from the jack to the Ipod.....LOVE IT!

This is the second aux cable I ordered. You have to treat them very well or they won't last very long. This cable is a bit tempermental. When I plug it in the aux port in the car I have to twist it around until the sounds comes out. But for the price it's worth it.

I'd recommend this product. The sound is very high quality, the retraction is a great feature which as survived 1 month of abuse from a 5 and 2 year old. Great value.

You can't beat the price and it works perfectly in my car, I haven't had any problems with it at all. It being retractable makes it nice, I don't have all that extra cord just laying around in my car.
