I would like to give this 4- stars but I can't because of customer service. I was told this was a 2011 unit, and upon further investigation I later found out it was 2009 unit. Customer Service gave me a bit of a hassle right before Christmas. Therefore, even though the unit is great- needs updated, I can't give more than two stars.

I have had this computer for one week. So far, I have been very happy. There were a few small scratches on the bottom of the computer body, but that should be expected with a refurbished computer. Side note: My computer was advertised as having a 160GB hard drive, but when I actually received it, it had a 320 gb hard drive. Pretty nice surprise upgrade. I still upgraded to a 1 TB hard drive, but it was nice anyway. I opened it up to add more RAM, and found a little bit of dust inside. Again, to be expected in a refurbished computer. Anyway. Great purchase. I don't regret it.

This was a gift from my husband. When we received it there was NO information with the computer. The only thing in the box was the charger and a scratched, dented Mac book taped to a cardboard insert. This was a huge disappointment! I expected more, but on the bright side overstock was great to deal with reguarding the return. I was able to get a like new refurbished unit for less, with updated hard wear and more storage direct from apple.

• Please tell us about the quality of the product. When paying almost $900 for a computer I expected it to look new, or close to it. This wasn't the case.

Very happy with the refurbished MacBook Pro I purchased. It has performed like a new product. It had one small dent in it, but other than that, it's in good condition.
