I really wanted the mac ibook, and the price was great - however - it arrived with no information whatsoever, and the 'password' aspect prevented me from installing any programs. Calling APPLE was no help as the 'refurbished' notebook means it is out of any sort of warentee, and APPLE recognizes it as an after market device and offers no assistance. It was a nightmare to find a way to actually be able to use the notebook! It took weeks and required my son to use his apple computers # to get assistance and advice on how to get the notebook to work --- it was hardly worth the savings!
