I too was hesitant to purchase a refurb, but did so because of the return policy. When it arrived, the product looked brand new--no scratches, no nothing. It charged quickly and I was able to download everything with no problems at all. I bought this as a gift for my husband, and now I intend to purchase one for myself, too!

I bought this refurb for myself as a birthday present and I have LOVED it! It's super easy to use, looks great and has great sound. Excellent choice for anyone who wants an 8 gb ipod and wants to save some $$.

Rec'd my new ipod in a box with a charger and new ear phones. The ipod had very minimal scratching on the shiny back plate. I already added songs and played it. it works great so far.

This was my first IPOD, and I selected it based on other positive reviews. It arrived quickly, looks like new and was very easy to get up and running. I downloaded my own CDs to it, and the photos stored on my PC were automatically downloaded to it. I currently have 232 songs and lots of photos installed and there is still plenty of room. The sound is terrific!

This ipod was awful. It was defective and would not stay connected to itunes to charge or sync. At first I thought it was the cord but in turn it was ipod. If your going to buy one go with brand new not a refurbished overstock.

I completely freaked out when I saw this 3rd generation video nano on o-stock for sale and at such a remarkable savings. This nano is compact, and has all the great things we have come to expect from apple. The newest nanos have video capability, which is awesome, but I have much better video from my canon sd1400 digital elph and it works better with my mac. I have the newest nano and of course I love it, but the little square 3rd gen video nano is the perfect size and it will most definately be a collectors item considering they are already very hard to find, and when you do find one that is in pretty great condition it commands the price that it was practicly brand new. That my friends is a sign of things to come. This highly desirable little ipod has it all. Unlike the shuffle you can see what your doing and watch your favorite stuff on video. Many people poo-poo'd it because they claimed the video screen was to small, but I think its just fine, not that much smaller than the screen on the ipod classic. Now, the ipod touch has a significantly larger screen but it also has a significantly higher price tag too! and the market is flooded with the ipod touch and the iphone, and in my opinion its a bit to cumbersome. The iphone is great because it eliminates having to carry a phone, an ipod and a camera. Iphones weakest point is the horrific service from the worst service provider in the business. and I dont mind carring a couple devices that are phenomenal at what they are made for, rather than one device that does some things great and mediocre at others... so in closing... this NANO is awesome for what it is intended for... its the best small video mp3/digital music player and I got a great deal here on the big O!

I felt stupid when for about 15 minutes I realized that you had to CHARGE IT to turn it on. I had one time where it froze but it took thirty seconds to fix and it only happened once in the 1 year that I have had it. The video on the iPod is crystal clear as if you are looking at a miniature HD television. The only problem that I have is that there are no apps. for it and it only has 3 games. The games are fun though. The other problem is that when you play the games it wears the battery down FAST! The sound quality is great though and I have no other problems with it. I would recommend it to any body who is considering buying the product. LOVE IT!!!!

Thus far I have not had a problem with my ipod. It has worked great and the price couldn't be beat.

It did not work. I bought this as a gift and they opened the nice package plugged it in, and nothing. Totally dead. You get what you buy. I would not recommend this as a Christmas present. Buyer beware.

I knew I was getting a great product - apple i-pod nano video - and I hoped that the fact that it was "refurbished" would not mean trouble. The great surprise was that when I encountered a problem the customer service people were fabulous - personable, efficient, friendly, helpful, knowledgable, and just plain nice. What a relief. We easily identified and fixed the problem and I am confident that they would have done whatever it took to help me fix it. THANK YOU GUYS!

I love my ipod. The price was great ( I saved $50). It was very easy to get started and to start downloading music. The case looks brand new and it came with all the basics I needed. If you have any problems or need to refer to the user manual, you can just go to the apple website and view it. I would definately recommend this to anyone.

It's been 3 weeks and I am enjoying this product. I am especially excited about the products that are compatible with ipods...speakers, clock radio etc.

Product is great, no problems. Great value. Would definitely buy same thing again.

I've been looking at Overstock's ipod for a while, but wasn't sure if I wanted a refurbished one. After months of deciding, I caved in and I'm so glad I did! It arrived (very fast) in a nice little box in perfect brand-new looking condition. The price is excellent because with the money you save, you can buy all sorts of accessories for it. I'm very happy with my purchase......very very happy!

It took some time for it to get here, but once it came Ijust plugged it right into my computer and it worked fine. The only problem I had is with the earphones, they were cheap. Within the first 2 weeks I could only hear out of one side of them.. and then within another week.. they broke completely. overall, everything was good.

In great condition- a very good value for the price. Bought a case to match that fit perfectly.

I got this for myself as a birthday present in May and I cannot put it down. The sound quality is great and operation is easy. After reading some reviews on this I was a little scared at first but I have not had one problem yet. I have downloaded 1300+ songs, 2 music videos and have plenty of room for more.
