This ipod was a very good deal. I purchased 8gb instead of 4 because I was interested in downloading movies but the screen really is too tiny for videos. If you are purchasing this product for the sake of music only, then it's a great choice. If you want to watch movies on it, I recommend you purchase a larger ipod. The sound quality is great and it's easy to use.

I am extremely happy with my IPOD. It was delivered promptly. It was reconditioned but I could not tell the difference from new. The sound quality is great. I like that it is rechargable. No more batteries.

Easy to use. I had no problem loading songs and a video onto the device using the Itunes software that is free. This is my first Ipod and I love it - use it in the car all the time.

So far, I've had nothing but trouble trying to upload music to my IPod Nano 3G. I had my daughter help me because she has an original IPod and she could only get 7 songs loaded, of course none of which I wanted. Not real happy right now, hoping this will change and everything will work out smoothly.

I bought my I-Pod and I am so glad I bought it. My daughter and son in-law told me I got a really good deal, me knowing nothing about I-Pods. I know alot about them know. The sound is terrific and the ease of using it is so simple. I would recommend anyone to get one. I bought it to listen to music on the way to work on the bus. I have enough memory I can put books and videos on if I want to, which I may do eventually, but right now I just put music on. Thank you Overstock.

I bought the Nano for my son and he loves it. Great buy for the price I paid. I must have saved at least $45 through purchasing it from Overstock.com. I would definitely recommend this item to others.

I received my ipod with no instruction book, the mouse button is all over the place, its scratched all to pieces, and the computer recognizes its plugged in but you can't transfer any files to it.

The fact that it is refurbished is no problem... love my new ipod and the price of it! great buy!

I was slightly disappointed with this purchase but - because of the great customer service at Overstock - everything worked out. This was a "refurbished" product - I did not fully realize that this could mean "dinged up." The first ipod I received was scratched and pitted. Fortunately, Overstock quickly allowed me to exchange for another, which was better. However, I think that next time I would spend the extra money for a new one. I don't feel that this was the fault of Overstock, but rather the "refurbishing" company. The product still needed to be reset to factory settings and had some bugs that I needed to call Apple Support to work out and the warranty is only for 90 days. Next time I would go to the Apple site and buy a refurnished one which comes with a 1 year warranty from Apple for only a little more money.

I purchased this iPod for my son for Christmas. He is happy with it but since then I have seen new ones for the same price at discount stores. I wish I had shopped around more before purchasing this one. When I clicked "purchase" it said NEW but I actually received a scratched refurbished one. He is ok with it so I guess we'll just chalk this up to experience.
