I bought this 3G Nano knowing it was refurbished, figuring I'd take a chance on it after reading all of the great reviews on Overstock. I wasn't disappointed! The Nano arrived with new earbuds (in a sealed package), a sync cord, and the tiny instruction manual. Mine did have some minor scratches on the back -- but iPods are notorious for scratching and it doesn't bother me in the least. The front is completely pristine, the screen is bright and clear, and the money I saved allowed me to purchase the Nike+ sensor and a case! I bought this to serve as a workout iPod - so it gets hauled around quite a bit. It works great and I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. A note regarding the 4 gig iPod -- yes, you'll only get approximately 3.65 GB of usable space, because the iTunes software takes some space. The computer industry routinely lists the full capacity of the device - probably because it has no way of knowing how much space software (and any subsequent upgrades) will use. This is perfectly normal for any device that requires software -- even my 2 GB flash drive has software, so my usable space is somewhere around 1.7 GB. Please don't pass up the great deal simply because of the "reduced" storage space - this refurbished iPod has the same storage space as a brand-new model. If you want to carry more than 3 GB of entertainment with you, perhaps the 8 GB model would be a better choice.

Got to me within 3 days of when I ordered it. The Ipod had no scratches or flaws on it. The first day I had mine, I had a problem with it freezing. If that happens just hold down the middle of the circle and the menu button, and it will fix itself. Very pleased with both price and features.

awsome! i'm 61 years old. i down loaded tunes from the 60's and 70's as well as my jazz tunes from my favorite artist's. i put my head phones on and i go back in time! works very good with my ipod bose speakers also. all of my addresses and phone numbers are stored in my ipod contacts file. iam so happy for the twenty first century!!!!

I bought this for my son's birthday. It was much thiner and lighter then we thought. Even though it is refurbished, it looked like new. Works great. He likes very small and compact. I would buy another one.

I am very pleased with my Ipod. It was in very good shape even though it had been refurbished. The only problem I can say about it is that since it was refurbished it didn't have any instructions with it. So I'm having a hard time trying to figure out how to put pictures on it. But ovr all totally worth it!!

I ordered one for myself 2 weeks ago, it was wrapped in plastic, looked brand new . The sound is excellent it was hard at first to figure out how to do it, but once I went online to the manual, had no problem. It is easy use, so much so that I ordered one for my husband. I do recommend this product, but I also recommend the 2 year platinum service contract to be safe. I found shipping to be a slight problem, I don't suggest, 1 or 2 business days delivery, that didn't work out. I ordered two items that way and had a problem getting them on time. The important thing is the product is great.

Yes buy it, the sound it's very nice and clear but it's very hard to understand all of its features.

I got the Ipod for my husband, and he is completely satisified with it, it took him a short amount of time to get all his favorite music download on it and now he uses all the time.

I was totally pleased with the I POD. It is an excellent value.

We have had this product for two weeks, and so far they have worked very well for my twins. Easy to operate, charge and download music. Sound and video quality are very good also, as I (dad) listened to one of them myself. This product was a very good buy in my opinion, as I saved almost fifty dollars each over discount stores in town. Purchasing and delivery was easy from Overstock. We would definately recommend this product.

I bought this for my ten year old daughters birthday present. My husband was really skeptical of it being refurbished but the reviews I read were all pretty much positive so I decided to give it a try. Well we were definitely pleased with the product! I would suggest buying this product to anyone and saving some money on a new one because you cant even tell this one is not new. My daughter loves it!!!

at first i didnt want to get an ipod but i gave in and bought one for my car. this one is real cute and teeny. The back of it is a little scratched up so you can tell that its refurbished but otherwise working great so far! kind of upsetting it took so long to get here because i bought an itrp and it got here a week before the ipod did. but putting songs on it is easy, i just plugged it in with itunes open and it did it all for me : ) great product buy refurbished and save !

I bought this for my kids and they love the ease of use and being able to watch shows and play music. It was a great value from Overstock.com. The way music, videos, TV, and movies are put into categories makes it easy to find exactly what the kids want to watch. Choose an Apple for your children as young a six!

Well I ordered the ipod Nano Video and was first disappointed because it was delivered late. No fault of Overstock as they do not control UPS. The packaging and presentation was good for a used / refurb item. The ipod was in good order, no scratches, dings etc. The userfriendliness of itunes was good also. I had all the parts. It came with ear buds and USB data cord/charger. I bought a rapid charger and a retractable alt jack as additional accessories. They are fine. The only problem is that I had dozens of sexually graphic clips in my video collection. Obviously put there by the previous owner. It was disgusting and a very bad slip on the factorys part. If you purchase any of these items for kids or for a gift make sure you check that before you give it to them. All in all I am enjoying owning my first ipod and I will still shop at overstock because I know they dont control the suppliers but they can refuse to carry their products.

Everything works well. Little skeptical about buying a refurbished ipod, but so far so good.

Exactly what i expected. it is a great deal and works just like a new one would. Got to me in a timely manner. Have had it for 3 weeks and enjoy it at the gym just about every day!

I had originally been hesitant about a refurbished iPod but I would have not known it was refurbished by looking at it. Everything works great and I highly recommend it! It's nice to be able to watch videos and play games when waiting around.
