Do all of the cameras record audio and send it to the DVR along with video?
Everything works perfectly except one camera. The most important one. My mom's room in the ***. From about 5 in the evening, til morning, the camera shows distorted coloring which generally blocks out the whole vision area. My mom was on the floor twice. Once I saw it on the monitor, but the second time I didn't, so I don't know how long she had been on the floor. My mom has Alheimers Disease. I will have the installer switch a less important camera with the bedroom camera. Thank you ***

what is needed to view/ monitor cameras on my android phone? What kind of internet service is required? On my present system (Comcast) I have to have a static line in order to view cameras on my android phone. I am trying to do away with Comcast and go to an Ntelos wireless data card to pick up my internet service. Will this system work with this configuration? If not, what is the return policy?

It should not matter which specific ISP you have being that there is no port forwarding required. You will have live access and control via web browser.
