This phone is really cheap. I guess one could figure that out by looking at the picture. However, if you need something quick, cheap and something that does have alot of features. Then this is the phone you should get. The sound quality is not that good. It is slighly difficult to figure out at first but it is doable. If you can splurge on a $200 multi line system by all means please do. However, if you need something quick, cheap and still does the job then buy this phone.
we purchased these phones for resale and incurred a loss we had to take all of the phones back from the customers to maintain ourt reputation. the phones died without warning within weeks of first use by all the customers. it cost ius additional to ship them overseas so it wa just not cost effective to ship them back to the US and return them to overstock. we dont blame overstock for our misfortune but we do believe they should not sell this type of merchandise.
I purchased these phones because of the great price and ok reviews, and I was not at all pleased with their performance. The battery life was very poor. I allowed the phones to charge for 24 hours prior to usage and they still worked horribly.Although the clarity of the sound was great, I could not hold a conversation for longer than five or ten minutes without the battery dying. Also transferring calls was very difficult. Most of the time I ended up accidentally hanging up on the other person. This phone was not a great value. I've purchased many refurbished electronics and have never experienced as many problems. I would not recommend these phones in the future.
Cant argue with the price, range is very good, audio quality is acceptable
Don't bother wasting your time & money on these phones. The overall quality of the phone is sub-standard. You can hear the caller but not your own voice in the ear piece. There is a very limited choice of ring tones and the ones available are not are not pleasing to the ear! The battery does not hold a charge. The function buttons are not easy to use. Unfortunately, it's not worth the expense to return them.
This was neither the best or the worst buy I've made at Overstock. These phones have lots of features for the price, but the sound quality is a bit "tinny" on our end. Overall though, the price was low enough that we are not disappointed.
i bought this phone a little while ago and it was great till i a couple weeks later when one of the phones stopped receving a singnal. then a little while later the other phone's battery died.
My family so far has liked having these new phones in the house. The variety of functions that can be used has been fun to play around with. There are 15 different ring tones that can be used and the distance one can take the handsets has come in very handy. This was one of the reason that we bought DECT phones. We wanted to be able to take a handset with us to the garage if we needed to. Before we got these the reception to the garage had a lot of static, but these phones don't have that. However, we have found that we do have a bit of digital interference. Sometimes when you talk to someone it sounds like you have a digital voice. Almost like reverb. There are no channels to change so there is now way to get rid of this. At least not that I am aware of. So, it does get a bit annoying. Overall though, we are pleased with the phones for the price.
I love this phone now that I have figured out all of the features that it has on it. It took awhile to sort through the manual and understand all of the options and how to use it them. The quality is exceptional for being refurbished and I am glad I made this purchase. I like being able to access my voice mail from any of the handsets with ease and the speakerphone feature has a good loud playback.. The only downside is the lack of a really high volumn when listening to someone thru the earpiece especially if they are a low talker! I would recommend this phone to anyone looking for an inexpensive replacement to their cordless phone system at home..
