  • Lots of things to like but a few terrible aspects

    On one hand, this is the best organized bag I've ever had, and I've had some excellent bags over the years. I'm also extremely happy about the layout and number of pockets. It has a nice padded area for the 15" laptop and a primary area that holds a video cable and the power plug and extension. And a pocket for the wireless mouse. And pockets for a USB cable, a lightning cable, and a USB extender cord. And a pocket for 2 AAA replacement batteries. And a coolpad. And a pocket for the VGA converter and a Keyspan remote control. There's an external zippered bag for pens, some flyers, and a USB drive. And I've even stuffed a full-size iPad in there with all of these other items, too. But on the other hand, the Altego customer service is frightfully horrible. The twist latches have always stuck and taken two hands and multiple tries to get closed. And Altego never replied to any of my emails. Now, after using it for not even quite two years, the stitching is unraveling near the zipper and the handle, and I'm looking for a new bag.
