  Very SLOW printer. Horrible printing, scanning, and copying quality. I will never buy this product again. Very diffucult to install the driver and processes very slow. Not a good prodcut for an office.

  I have been extremely pleased with the quality of this product. Setup from box to counter was very fast - ready to go within 10 minutes. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a home office multi-functional piece of equipment. It has been worth the investment for me as I've just started working from home and needed a printer/scanner/copier to get my business up and running for as little cost as possible. I'm definitely impressed with this Canon product!
